If I could leave half a star, I would. I've gotten better customer service at a Denny's. The gym was great when I was first joined but under the new management, I felt like I was dealing with El-Diablo when it came to billing. It went from a Martial Arts gym to a Planet Fitness clone. Even though I trained here for a year, they started patting me down every visit for no reason. I mean, how does it make sense that one of the "trainers" looks like she's never gone on a jog? Furthermore, when I cancelled my contract they refunded me the wrong amount and I had to go see El-Diablo to pick up a check. This place has zero respect for their clients and I'd advised anyone who is serious about training to look elsewhere. Oh and the "kids" room is literally a corner in a room, I've literally seen concentration camps that looked better than that mess.
