Pretty good clean environment... Staff is helpful and attentative... Nice space to work out.

The gym is exactly what you would get inside any other PF. There is a ton of cardio and machines with limited free weights. No bench press setups except for the Smith machines. The gym is never overly crowded but the parking lot is shared with a dollar tree and can be packed in the evenings.

Really enjoying this gym! I like that it seems to never get too busy, I might be going at the right times but I have the availability to do so. Everyone is really good about keeping the equipment clean.

If you can find a gym with better equipment, locations all over the country, and a nicer staff for $20 a month let me know. Otherwise it's planet fitness for me.

Staff is laid back and nice. It's a good quiet gym that you can do your whole workout in without drama or issues. Place is pretty clean.

Great location and open 24 hours 7 days a week. Very knowledgeable and open minded staff that are always cleaning and answering any questions by members.

My wife and I were in Charlotte for only one night and we called Planet Fitness to inquire about a drop in fee. Rodney, the gym's manager, invited us to workout at this location as his personal guest. The gym was very clean, had everything we required to workout and the staff was extremely friendly. Well done Planet Fitness. Many thanks to Rodney and his great Team!

I have been a planet fitness member for a very long time. Every planet fitness I have been to even the ones out of Charlotte, are all up to standards. Staff's are always helpful and they do their best to keep the place clean and working orders. Of course there are equipments that need's maintenance and if they are not usable, there are alternative ways to build your muscles, just have to be creative. They have a handful of techs who travel to other planet fitness to maintain the equipment's. All staff's are courteous and friendly at any planet fitness. I don't ever recall having a bad experience with any staff, they are just doing their job and I appreciate them for letting me workout.

The unit of planet fitness sucks. The showers are always cold.
They don't have any kettle bells and the greeters are rude.

Great staff. Very helpful. I have been to this gym at all hours of the night and the staff has always been nice.
The gym is well organized and all equipments are clean.
The best part about this gym is the hydro massage chairs.

The place needs to keep better care of the equipment. Had a good peaceful workout and the only reason I give 3 stars is because the bathrooms. The restrooms and showers were closed because of flooding. So I couldn't take a shower and freshin up afterwards. The smell was awful and strong. I usually like to shower and put on fresh clothes after a work out.

I wish this was not the closest facility to my home. The bathrooms are always filthy. The parking is always terrible. The equipment is not that bad but the atmosphere makes me not want to go there. Sometimes I'd rather sacrifice being stuck in traffic on 85 South just to get to the Belmont location.

Lovd it. Excellent equipment. Courteous staff. Even a hot shower after workouts or after work day. Oh yeah the messauge chair is godsend for sure. LOVE IT.

Great gym, staff is friendly. The location isn't the best, there are a lot of people hanging around the parking lot. One man made me uncomfortable when he came up to my car trying to ask me if I had money for his baby....I would recommend going during day hours.

The absolute WORST...my account renews on the 17th of every month for this specific club...Today is the 6th of October and the amount of $15.00 is pending to be withdrawn from my account and it is showing through my online account that my account is inactive (not sure why if every month funds are being pulled from my checking account). I called the club and spoke with a staff member who was of no assistance & rude. When asked to speak with a member of management I was informed that "they only work M-F" (mind you today is Friday Oct. 6th)...I escalated the manner to corporate in which they are unable to resolve the manner.The very professional corporate representative responded with "unfortunately being that it is a franchise,you would have to wait until Monday for a resolution.". Understandable ,however, something is going on with this club and I would not recommend this specific one to anyone.

Convenient to my office. Clean. Friendly staff. Excellent cost. 3 stars because to have to wake for desired machines to often and there are too many in the parking lot.
