Best gym! Family owned, family friendly, and the massage therapist is Great! They not only have a massage therapist but physical therapist, awesome trainers, full basketball court, fun classes, on site nutritionist, and even have a fensing team practice there.
Nice clean place to exercise. They even have a massage therapist.

Awesome gym. This is everything I've ever wanted in a fitness center. Lots of free weights, tires for flipping, and a great atmosphere, not like all those other gyms like planet fitness or lifetime fitness. If you are looking to actually make progress and better yourself, this is the place to go.

The atmosphere is great. Free weights have to be shared among all the machines. Middling score is due to $50 a month price tag. I was told "it is cause we are family", you think I am stupid? There are a ton of amenities that come with your 50 dollars though. But look at Fitness Connection located around Charlotte. You get all the EXACT same things for $10, but the environments are not worth it to me. Decide if your money is worth it to you.

I joined a month ago and am really just getting started. I have no complaints so far. Many opportunities offered for those that put forth some effort.

Great, the coaches and the staff are so nice and helpful. Jennifer, Carmen, and Rebecca are the best coaches ever. If you have a goal, they will help you achieve it. Everybody works together in motivating each other.

A great fitness facility with classes and bball, expensive for the area. Not worth the high price if you just want to lift.
