Best cf box in the Charlotte area, amazing coaches. the WOD's are always varied and constantly push you to better yourself. The box is clean and safe equipment is always of top quality. Excellent atmosphere and cf community.

First time ever doing cross fit last night- walked in and immediately felt welcome. Music was perfect- and from the moment we walked in we felt engaged and motivated. They were busy- but somehow staff found time to make sure we had a place to change, were paired with a group and were able to begin a work out immediately- right off the street. Was just coming for a tour but ended up staying for one of the BEST workouts I have enjoyed in a while. Staff is motivating, lots of focus on form and they know how to cheer you on right when you are about to fall out! They have drop in rates of $10- it's just one of those places you want to see succeed. LOVE IT.

I had always been hesitant to try crossfit because I was intimidated by the strength and competitiveness of the sport. A coworker of mine told me about this gym and encouraged me to try, and I am so thankful that I did! I was welcomed, encouraged, and coached to push my limits safely. Crossfit Wreckage is a family and welcomes newcomers and beginners with open arms! If you're thinking about giving crossfit a go, definitely try out Crossfit Wreckage.
Great place and atmosphere..very active and fun for the whole family
I'm 6mo new to Charlotte and have visited 2 boxes so far. This being my third, it's my favorite so far. I visited on a Saturday for 8am class and it happened to be free for my first visit! When i pulled up i was greeted by a couple whom were very welcoming. They happened to be trainers! I met with Billy, the owner, who was extremely informative and encouraged me since it had been about a month since i last did crossfit. Billy showed me around, had me show him my capabilities, and even educated me to prepare for the hero WOD.
The most exciting part for me is that it was just me and the couple trainers, Emily and Scott, who were great to workout with. It was also open gym, and there was one other person working out alone but like everyone in there, she all encouraged us as we went through the WOD. But if you like larger groups, no worries, because the following class came in almost 30 deep.
I highly recommend checking them out. After i finish shopping around i plan to definitely return here. I may participate in the Open with this group.

Amazing gym! All the members/coaches are nice and helpful. Very comfortable gym atmosphere with a little friendly competition! Added bonus is the Kids Program! My kids are in the Crossfit Kids program which runs simultaneous with the 5pm adults class so they aren't just sitting around waiting for me to workout and they LOVE it! Great Prices!
