Great place to workout at a very affordable price.
I come to this gym every time I visit my family
In Cary from NYC. Great gym. Friendly staff. Very good equipment. Serious and newbies gym members.
Very happy with the gym. Thank you!
I love this gym! The staff are friendly and helpful and it is extremely clean and well kept.
There are a variety of machines and classes offered. Erik the Trainer is amazing. He is caring, knowledgeable and committed to helping people. I appreciate the time and attention he has given to me personally.
He makes each member feel welcome and important.
Always busy but it's fun!
I just love my time at PF! Though I have the option of Home Gym or nearby trails I still go to PF every day. With so many people around right from beginners to professional body builders I get all the energy and motivation to do my routine.Hygienic Clean environment, All possible high quality professional equipments, lockers, showers, trainers, friendly staff... the list goes on.... all at such an affordable monthly rate!! What else one can ask for?
So clean and staff is very friendly. Great price and love the tanning!

Joined in January, love this place. Even at peak times I can get a good workout. The cost is great, very reasonable and the equipment just what I'm looking for.

Planet Fitness is great. Ample equipment that is cleaned regularly and bathrooms clean. Great gym for the $.

Clean gym but what's with these people lately in street clothes on treadmills? It's becoming commonplace. You can't make this stuff up. Now today there's a jackass in dress pants and dress shoes on the treadmill. WTactualF
Great place. Convient, clean, great polite staff and like ten bucks a month. About every piece of equipment you could ever want, too. It's not a specialist weight lifting or training gym (though the classes are great, but for ten bucks a month it's worth it just to have a nice clean place to go do your cardio and basic weights when it's too hot/cold/wet/polleny out. Men's locker room is nice, can't speak for the women's. Clean showers, lots of roomy lockers.
Exceptionally clean. Courteous staff. Ton of equipment. Great WiFi. The Cary location is great!
Clean, beautiful gym. Lots of exercise equipment. Numerous large television displays with a wide variety of channels. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free pizza on the first Monday of each month. Super convenient. Now open 24/7.

If you don't like waiting for equipment or treadmills, stay away from this gym. They are EXTREMELY busy between 5PM - 9PM daily. I am yet to find a time during the week that works for me where they are not packed. I started going right after work (around 4) but have found as of recent even this time is getting really really crowded. Yesterday evening, 5/17 was probably the worst I've seen it yet. I don't know about you, but when the amount of people at a gym start having an impact on the quality of my workout, it's time to find a new gym. I couldn't do anything I wanted because the machines were all taken so I got on the treadmill, luckily there were still open treadmills, by the time I'd had enough - 15 mins later - the gym was over crowded and all the treadmills were in use with people waiting to use them. It's extremely frustrating especially when all I wanna do is get my workout in and go home. I also really don't like the fact that they advertise 24 hours but yet the only time most people need it to be 24 hours (the weekends) it is not. They close at 9 PM on Friday and 7 PM on Saturday... what the heck is that!? I'm so over this place. I've been a member here for 5 years now, and it is just time for me to go. If they are going to allow this many members and free guest privileges, they need a bigger gym with lots more equipment options.
Don't believe the commercials, if you are lifting or want a weight rack, you can bet on almost ALWAYS waiting for the machine. They only have 5 weight racks, and they are always taken. Not to mention they do not have free weight racks, they are all smith machines, which people will Bogart for their entire work out, and do everything in them.
Planet fitness gyms are not crowded for the first 6 months they are open. After 6 months, good luck getting a machine, or a decent workout in.

I've been going to this location for about 6 months on the weekdays. Staff was always helpful and polite until today. Saturday the staff was very rude. I asked Juanita how much the eye protectors were for the tanning bed and she looked at me then walked away.... then Justin came up to me and asked if she had answers my question. I said "no she just walked away" then he got me a pair of eye protectors, but then also walked away to check people in..... like what do I have to do to tan here???
Help one person at a time!
Why are 3 people working but no ones at the front desk??
I gave up on trying to tan after my workout and I just left.
Love the atmosphere here, very laid back but still get in a good workout. Employees are nice and the area is always clean.
No parking whatsoever between 5-8pm. Should be 24 hours 7 days a week. Or at least close at 12 midnight on Friday.
I just signed up Feb 17 and so far its been a great experience. The location is a big one with a nice number of machines and I signed up for the black membership that lets me bring my sister or anyone along for a workout for free which is great. Bathrooms are clean and so is the gym. The staff appears ok, I mean I just check in and keep it moving but they appear approachable. But its a great location 6 minutes from my house and 8 from my job.
Nice location...only downside is they dont have the free combination lockers like the others I've visited.
It's a very peaceful and pleasant gym and the staff member who helped me resgin up (Eric) the GM. Last spring I believe was super helpful and friendly I love the gym and it's a great place with a huge cardio section and plenty of other workout equipment
Great gym, clean, friendly staff. I had to do part of my normal routine on the smith machines since they don't have barbells (which is normal for PF's). One machine was "out of order" due to a ripped rubber hand grip, but was replaced quickly (2 days later). One paper towel dispenser (used to wipe down equipment) ran out and an employee added more a few minutes later (very fast). If you don't need barbells, this gym has everything else you could want, and great prices.
Pretty good for the price. Some of the equipment seems lower quality compared to other gyms I've been to but overall not a bad place to workout. I do wish that they offered classes like kickboxing, yoga, Pilates etc.
Very inexpensive. Can always find a treadmill or other cardio equipment. Nice showers, especially considering the price. Weights and weight machines can crowded at peak times.
Staff is always friendly and it's clean. Can't ask for much more than that.
Can't say enough good about this location. With my weight loss journey the staff has really helped me. I feel welcomed every time I come in to work out no matter what time it is. I love the size of this gym and the amount of equipment. I never have to wait to use anything. The locker room is clean every time I go and so are the showers. The only suggestion that I can give is that the staff makes sure that every clean station has paper towels and cleaner because it gets a bit annoying going to multiple areas looking for supplies to clean the equipment after I am done using. Other than that, all is well.
