Coaching staff is absolutely incredible they bring their own personalities into every class. Every class they spend time with each individual athlete during technique, skill or strength work making sure that you are lifting with proper technique if not they make sure to give you the cues to correct the area in which the technique needs work, this is the part of Brave that impressed me the most when I first started at Brave.

Coaches are engaging helping you improve no matter your skill level, owners are always looking to improve and ask community for input and act on recommendations all the time. Community is close knit and a great place to make friends. On site child care for some workouts makes working out and balancing a family so much easier!
I have been a member now for 12 months and I absolutely love the community here. Coaches are professional and knowledgeable and my overall fitness improved drastically in all folds. not only reduce weight but improves strength and finally had extended fitness family which is always supportive.
Went to register for the free 6-week challenge they were advertising to explore crossfit. There is not a free thing about the challenge. At the initial consultation, they require you to commit on-the-spot to a $799 deposit that you can be refunded if you reach their goals (25lb or 6% body fat in 6 weeks) or $49/week ($200+/month) for 12-months. I was excited to explore CrossFit but was very turned away by this scam.
My experience at crossfit brave was fantastic. The group fitness classes really push you to be better. They are intense, but also cater to you skill level. You will be seeing results from your hard work within a month. They varie the workouts, so if you come at the same times every week, you don't end up doing The same thing over and over. The coaches are encouraging and really care and help you reach your goals. They foster a great environment where the whole class (at all different skill levels) pushes and encourages each other. Cross fit brave is great!

I ruptured my Achilles tendon in early March(2018) and my workout habits were the only thing maintaining my weight. The challenge put on by the gym to change my diet and work out with the muscles I could still use(core and upper body) were exactly what I needed. I lost weight and % body fat despite not being able to involve my right foot in any exercises. I think that has not only helped me maintain some form of activeness but helped the long road to recovery for my Achilles.
As with any gym, the community matters a lot! I enjoy working with any of the coaches or members. It has been a great experience and I appreciate the help from everyone at Crossfit Brave!

Loved bootcamps with Victoria and Nathan, and Darryl's energy was great. Intense workouts but still got good instruction before the workouts and correction during to make sure I was doing things correctly. I only experienced not having enough equipment for everyone a couple times (slam balls, kettle bells - mostly because a lot of people wanted to use the same weight), but it was easy to rotate exercises to work around it. I'm in so much better shape now. Thanks guys :)
So happy to have found CrossFit Brave! All of the coaches are super friendly, encouraging, and have pushed me to get stronger and be healthier. They take the time to demonstrate moves correctly, individually watch each person and provide corrections if needed, and answer questions. Whether you're there for a CrossFit class or for a Bootcamp/Metabolic class, you'll be in for a challenging, but awesome, workout. Overall great environment, especially for people who are newer to CrossFit, and I highly recommend Brave to everyone!

Great place, awesome coaches and fantastic people! The pushed me ti succeed every step of the way!
The coaches at Crossfit Brave are amazing and you can tell they all genuinely care about each and every person that walks through their door! The workouts are always fun yet challenging and I always walk out feeling so much better than when I came in. Thanks to a six week challenge with them I lost 10 lbs and 5 % body fat! I truly could not have done it without their guidance!

CrossFit Brave has some of the friendliest people and when you're doing some pretty tough workouts, it's always nice to have the extra encouragement. I started through their "New You" challenge and over the course of a few months, I was able to cut my weight from 175 down to 158 while seeing muscle definition I never knew I had. I never once felt 'pressured' to do movements I wasn't comfortable with and David has numerous alternative exercises you can do while you're getting your strength up. My all time favorite is the Metabolic classes as it is cardio heavy and a great way to lose some quick pounds. For anyone wanting good exercise classes or a consistent CrossFit gym to go to, CrossFit Brave is by far the best in the area!

A year ago, this was the first crossfit gym I was ever introduced to and now I'm hooked! I'm so glad I tried it out! The coaches go above and beyond to make sure you are doing any lifts safely and with good form but still push you to go way past what you think is possible. Such a great environment and an amazing place to work out! :)
Dropped in recently and right off the bat felt like home away from home. David greeted me as soon as I walked in and introduced me to the class. Very friendly and encouraging atmosphere and I'll definitely swing by again!
CrossFit Brave is THE place to be. Brave has been my *home* gym since I started CrossFit in 2013. Coaches Mike D, Ryan, Mike W, Alexis and Brooke are incredibly skilled at what they do and motivated about CrossFit and their athletes. They take the time to teach and correct proper movements to ensure workouts are completed safely and efficiently. In the 18 months I've been at Brave, my skills and conditioning have varied (insert: school and military obligations). Yet, regardless of the shape I am in, I can always get a great workout in with the community at Brave. Everyone (and I mean everyone!) here is welcoming, caring and we pride ourselves on being a tight-knit community! If you haven't been here yet, you MUST come by. Do it. Right now. ;)
It's an awesome atmosphere with great people! Great workout!

I was extremely scared of joining a CrossFit gym or any gym really. I had seen the games, or clips of it, and was really afraid that I would not be good enough.
I was, by nature, not any sort of athlete. When I started I had just come off smoking a pack of cigarettes a day for ten years. I could not run, at a slow pace, a 250 meter without having to walk part of it.
I was never belittled or made to feel bad for not being able to do anything. I noticed in the class that everyone was at their own level. As time went on I have been able to do more and more of the movements. I get encouragement from Coach Mike and the other people that attend. We all help each other get better. Even now when someone starts new and have problems running a short distance I can tell them how only a short time ago I could not run at all.
The box (gym) has all of the equipment that you need. The programming is varied and allows you to get stronger, faster, and more flexible.
I recommend a drop in or a community class to any one that might be interested. CrossFit Brave has been one of the major life changing "events" in my life when I look back at the changes that it has helped me make.
