This review has been a long time coming -- because Yeong is outstanding! At the time I met Yeong Chang, I was suffering with Grave's Disease and Multiple Sclerosis. I've had over 20+ massages with YC and she's helped to rehabilitate my body with her expansive knowledge and variety of massage techniques.
Meeting Yeong, I suffered with MS numbness in different areas of my body and she's helped to restore feeling and stimulate various nerve endings in my body. I think she also helped to lessen my Grave's disease symptoms during the peak of its onset.
Overall, 11/10 for Yeong. She's a great conversationalist with a spectacular attitude. Yeong is someone I will always appreciate and miss now that I no longer live in the RDU area. To be frank, I haven't found a better massage therapist since my move to the DC/DMV area; she's the golden standard.
I strongly recommend you visit her yourself. Results are impressive.

Yeong brings a wonderful and much needed offering to downtown Cary: a place for yoga, community and wellness. Her approach is gentle, authentic, and knowledgeable. I have enjoyed some much needed massage therapy. If you hurt or ache -- GO SEE YEONG!!!

I have been getting massages at Smiling Circle Yoga & Massage Therapy Studio. Yeong Chang is amazing and goes out of her way to educate you and treat the whole body. I have severe arthritis and the massages and stretching that Yeong has provided have been extremely helpful. I can not say enough amazing things about this studio.
