Wisemind Yoga is a wonderful yoga studio!! I've been doing the one-on-one yoga sessions with Jennie the owner since June and it's been an amazing experience! Through her guidance, I've learned skills that have really made a positive impact on my everyday life. The spiritual components of our sessions, such as praying together and meditation, have been such a blessing as well. I highly recommend stopping by one of the community classes or speaking with Jennie to learn more about Wisemind Yoga Formerly Firefly Hot + Flow can offer you.
Teachers seem to be knowledgeable and nice. The studio (one room only) is actually in the clubhouse of the housing complex and right above the weight room, so you can hear weights are being dropped. For me, this studio just wasn't it.

What may feel like it lacking in social media presence or buzzy media tactics, it makes up for in being an authentic place- instructors who care about you enough to champion you to grow as much or as little as you'd like. They will teach you form above anything else because they want your practice to be safe. I absolutely have found my yoga home nestled in a secret cove above an old workout room in Cary. It's actually pure genius location. This is what yoga should be. Well done firefly!

This place is wonderful! If you are looking for a hot yoga adventure and are not sure if you can cut it - this place is so encouraging and accomodating. I've become addicted! All of the teachers are great - but Stephanie really has a knack for explaining and modifying as needed. Sign up for the $24/3 class pass and give it a try. What do you have to lose?
Fantastic studio! Great space, lots of positive energy and amazing classes. Hot Vinyasa on Mon/Wed is the absolute best. The classes are always interesting and the instructors are extremely supportive. Great workout!
