The gym has a very close-knit type atmosphere. I got personal instruction and the instructors were patient with me as I was a beginner at CrossFit and Muay Thai. If you are interested in CrossFit but not experienced this would be a great place for you to go, Alan (the primary CrossFit instructor) makes sure you focus on fundamentals in order to avoid getting hurt.
Monday night was my first night back on the mats in 2 weeks, the longest time I've taken off since I started training again last May. I can't thank everyone enough for their words of welcome return. Thats what I love about my gym and my team mates, it was an amazing night of training and rolling that I received as if I'd never left. Every time I step onto the mats at Forged Fitness I learn something about Jiu Jitsu, about myself, and about life. Thank you to instructors and my team mates for everything you have done for me to help me along my journey.

If you want to learn brazilian jiu jitsu, get in the best shape of your life, or learn Muay Thai this is the place for you. Jason Culbreth demands excellence from his staff and they deliver.
The fitness program is very intense and I highly recommend it when you are ready for more than the average gym workout. You will gain the best training in endurance through creative sport science techniques and have an unbelievable amount of fun while you do things you never thought were possible.

Simply the best! Great for beginners (white belts) or advanced. They really care about you getting better and enjoying it. Not a belt factory! Everyone is very friendly. Plus the caliber of instruction is some of the best in the nation!
The best gym in the Triangle! I've been going for over a year now and have seen amazing improvements in my body and fitness level. Forged Fitness trainers know their stuff, will work with you on your form and technique for all the exercises. You don't need a personal trainer if you go to this gym, you will get results and get fit just by showing up 3-5 times a week. I can't say enough good things about Forged Fitness, the environment is great, I like the people I workout with and I like all the trainers.
