While I have never had a bad instructor at this studio, for working people the morning classes (5:45am and 6:45am) are particularly exemplary. And for anyone who considers Jazzercise to be a step above water aerobics I challenge you to try LaTahsas 6:45 am class. This is not your mamas workout.
I've Jazzercised for nearly 40 years in three states and dozens of facilities. Hands down, this is the best. All the instructors are excellent; the physical room is cool and spacious; the schedule allows tons of flexibility and everyone is super friendly! I'm so glad I walked into this place a few years ago...LOVE IT!
Found a deal on Groupon and never did I think it would be life changing! What an amazing mental and physical workout! But that is not the best part, the atmosphere is extremely welcoming. The staff greets you at the door with a smile and makes sure to get to know everyone individually. They make you feel like part of a family! I would highly recommend checking them out in Cary, NC!
