As a recreational athlete, thank you Sherri for helping me to return to running and tennis after a calf injury, and to return in better shape than when I was injured. I started with Sherri to strengthen my lower extremity, and discovered how effective a Pilates 1:1 session plan was for the whole body. Focusing on my core and putting the time towards training all the muscles in the body, even the muscles I tend to ignore, has had such a huge impact on my posture, performance, and remaining injury free. I feel stronger, taller, and my flexibility is increasing dramatically. Sherri is fantastic to work with. She is always safely pushing you to your own limit and encouraging you the whole way. I highly recommend Sherri and Pilates.
