Awesome first FAMILY HOT YOGA class today!
I was expecting to be uncomfortable and I wasn't. I was expecting to be told... "you're doing that pose wrong!" but I wasn't. I enjoyed the experience and everyone was super nice and helpful. And as a first time out of shape, no longer flexible, fat girl with 2 bad knees I appreciated that. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5 is because I paid for 3 sessions and was only able to use 2. I had to cancel one of my sessions because of a family emergency and when I tried to reschedule I was prompted to pay for another session. I would love to go back but I'm afraid that if I have to cancel again I will be out of my money again. But overall experience at this location was good.
This studio is amazing! The owner does an incredible job of keeping a great balance of classes with well educated/experienced teachers. This studio is a peaceful space to heal your mind and body. I highly suggest trying the yin class to anyone new to yoga or experienced!
Great teachers and the classes are as challenging as you want to make it. I've learned so much from them on my journey and have learned to love yoga. It's the fountain youth!
I love coming to this yoga studio! Our instructors are personable, skilled and just very nice. They made the lesson feel personal and were very encouraging and supportive. Fellow students were equally as supportive. It was a very welcoming and invigorating experience and has convinced me to add Bikram to my regular practice!

I have to give one star or even zero if there is one! The owner, Nikkis is not friendly! She has a cold face like everybody owes her something! I have been a yogi for long time and visited all the studios in this area, this studio is the worst! Normally studios open 30 minutes before the class for people to prepare, but this one opens door 10-15minutes before the class starts, people said it happens all the time! I've never used Groupon before, I made a mistake to sign the first Groupon with this studio, she said I am not qualified to use it so I paid full price. Later, I said if I could use the paid price, she said No and ask me to step back not bother other students coming in, which is VERY RUDE! She could be nice to people instead of being mean, especially she is in business teaching people yoga, that's a SHAME! I will never visit this studio again!

You must visit this studio and you must visit the yin class by Niki Bayer. Both are spectacular in every way possible.

I have personally not taken classes here in Bikram's Hot Yoga which is located at RTP-Cary-Morrisville in Mossisville Square Way, but heard a lot from many. Yoga is basically originated from India and Bikram, an Indian fine tuned it as per the clients requirement. Good to see that Yoga is popular across USA. There are many Bikram Yoga Studios across USA. One can join programme and timings as per suitability. It is said that environment inside is good. Trainers train you as per your specific requirement.
Fantastic studio and teachers! Would recommend this location to both new and experienced yogis. The studio is state-of-the-art, with great new amenities, and the teachers could not be more helpful. Love this place!!!
I recently moved her from the Northern VA/DC area where I have been to 3 Bikram studios. But I love this studio in Morrisville the best. It's clean, spacious and peaceful. I like that the instructor is not on a podium but rather on the floor so they can move to observe all the students. There is a nice balance in the instruction that encourages you to respect your limits and practice and at your own pace while gently and safely reaching beyond them as well. The owner is passionate about your health and safety as is demonstrated by the healthy tips posted on the wall. The temperature is very well regulated, not blistering hot, not too cool. And the cool infused towels at the end are such a treat! I really love this studio!

Amazing, new hot yoga studio! Looking for a different form of exercise? This has definitely become my new 'happy place'! The studio is immaculate and is conveniently located off Morrisville Parkway. The owners and teachers are super nice and accommodating. Plenty of classes to fit your schedule. You definitely have to check this studio out!
