i am a aspiring actor who might have to do some stunts in the future do you give parkour lessons
In December 2018 my friend had this insane idea to take a Beginning Aerial Arts class at Empyrean. I'm so grateful she did! it's the hardest best thing I've ever done! I do not enjoy exercise but I learned that aerial arts works ALL your muscles! including your brain! I'm deeply grateful for the instructors at Empyrean as they are supportive and encouraging! They also push when you need it! Then there's my fellow students an amazingly strong supportive bunch! It's a supportive environment and for that I am grateful! I've developed new skills, new muscles, and a love of aerial arts. I dub it my middle age circus! i look forward to each and every class! My thanks to all the instructors and my classmates! I can't imagine going anywhere else! If you've thought about taking a class... JUST DO IT ALREADY! IT'S AWESOME
I have always wanted to try an intro to pole class and i finally came up with the courage to do so, i took my first class with sam, who is fantastic and so good with beginners, everyone here goes out of their way to make sure you have a great experience, i will definately be back
Take a class here it is LIFE CHANGING! I am almost at my 4th straight year and can't get enough. The people and instructors are amazing, supportive and encouraging. Take any class and you will be hooked.

I love this place! The instructors are awesome... very friendly and knowledgeable professionals. There is great class variety and an overall fun atmosphere. I like the class formats with adequate warmup and stretching time and a nice focus on fitness sustainability.

I could never quite maintain a workout routine to keep myself in shape because as we all know if we don't like the workout it is 10 times harder to get yourself to do it! It is so different here, I was hooked since my first class. It has been almost a year since I joined this studio and I'm still loving every minute of it. It is not just a workout, you actually learn new skills (talk about crowd pleaser like being able to straddle up, knee hang, toe hang etc. -- mad skills!) while getting insanely strong and meet new friends because everyone that goes here makes you feel welcomed and encouraged. It's a beautiful studio with a bunch of talented instructors, I only take Lyra, Silks and Trapeze so I can't speak for the pole and dance instructors, although I'm sure they are all amazing because I have only heard good things! Big shoutout to Waverly, Heather, Jessica, Jen and Laura Marie! Come and get stronger while having fun! It is also a huge bonus that every instructor has some killer playlist!

I love this place! Took my first pole class during the grand opening in 2015 and have been here at least twice a week ever since!!!! I've gained a new sense of empowerment, confidence and pride in myself and have fallen in love with the community at the studio. I also love how inclusive this group is! I don't care if you've been coming since day 1 or if it's your first time in class - you are welcomed and encouraged!!! I always leave feeling awesome and I tell everyone I know that they need to come take classes. Beautiful space, beautiful people. If you are hesitating, just do it!!!!! You won't regret it!!!!!!
