I visited Asheville recently and had the most fabulous opportunity to have private yoga classes with Katie and Caroline at Violet Owl Wellness.
These amazing ladies are knowledgeable and experienced yoga teachers. Their style is a wonderful combination of being technical and precise, but also warm, nurturing and compassionate. This was a perfect balance for me.
I learned a lot to help me in my practice, but more importantly for me at the time, I gained lots of inspiration and energy. It was a joy to go to class every day.
I also highly recommend Reiki with Caroline (in fact I cannot recommend it enough). It really helped me on my journey.
Violet Owl Wellness is a great place to check out. Everyone there is warm, welcoming, helpful and the space has a lovely gentle energy.

FANTASTIC events! One of my favorite things is sound baths. I have traveled from New York to Charleston, SC to attend them, and the one I experienced at VOW was the best by far! I also did an astrological birth chart reading with Cumulus, who is AMAZING! Go see him. Do it now. He's the real deal. And just a cool guy to talk to. I arrived in knots about an icky financial situation. Cumulus helped me untangle it and made me aware of some key dates and power influences to watch out for. So far he has been 100% accurate. I was feeling like a frustrated ball of suppressed screams the other day, and checked the notes Cumulus gave me. Sure enough, he predicted it. VOW is well worth a visit. Owner Natalie attracts teachers and healers that are EXCEPTIONALLY gifted, even by the already high standards in Asheville.
Such a lovely space! Wonderful staff and just great vibes. Had a spot on astrology reading and enjoyed talking with folks.
Recommend to visit if you're interested in doing yoga while visiting Asheville. Natalie was extremely knowledge regarding yoga and adapted the class to meet my needs that day along with a friend whom visited (which does little yoga). The environment was friendly and welcoming.

I got a massage from Kasey and I was so impressed with it. It was a fantastic environment with lots of calming sounds, smells and nice decor, and Natalie the owner is so kind and genuinely happy to help. Kasey obviously knows a lot about anatomy and how to treat soreness. When I explained my exercise routines, she knew exactly which spots would need extra care. She had great pressure and was very kind. Will be coming back in the future. Thank you, Kasey and VOW team!!

Located at the end of Wall Street near the Wall St Garage, its yoga classes, workshops, and healing arts experiences are awesome.
