The studio is lovely and welcoming and the teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and patient - even with a newbie like me. I would recommend this studio to anyone, but especially to people who want to dive deeper into their yoga practice.
One Center Yoga is awesome! I can choose from classes 7 days a week and I love that they have classes for all levels of students. The teachers are very well trained and I feel inspired in all of the classes. The Center has beautiful lighting, incredible views, is very clean and I feel a sense of harmony as soon as I walk in the door. They provide all of the yoga props and they are located in downtown so it's easy to get there.
I appreciate Randy who is very patient and inforative. I'm sure all his students could learn to be a well trained to go, from the foundation up.
