I have spent my life In all sorts of gyms and just looking at this gym the equipment the cleanliness alone makes me like the place.I was an Instructor at Nautilus In the mid 70s and trained some famous boxers to lift without getting tight I was a partner In Yonkers Martial Arts with William Mallory and I was a part time Instructor at court sports late 90s and 2000 trained Danon yogurt and some IBM staff but just looking at this place If your young and dedicated i see no limitations.... more
The staff is super friendly, even when it's crowded you have a machine. I wipe down before and after so that doesn't bother me. I haven't come across anything to crazy. But if I do I will update this post.... more

Try out the new gym down the street Sole Infusion Gym it's small and not full of thugs from the area. The owner is a great trainer a lot better than this retro fitness thank God it closed otherwise I would have never found Soul infusion gym on Hawthorne ave and Knowles St.... more
