Sent a certified letter to cancel on 3/16. It was delivered on 4/20 . Multiple form submissions on the website to cancel. Have not heard anything. What a joke. I feel bad for some of the employees at our location who were really nice people, especially the front desk guy, who knew EVERYONE's name no matter how frequently you went or not.... more
