Absolutely one of Utica hidden GEMS!! This gym has more top notch equipment than all the gyms in the area put together . Remind you tho it a serious hard core facility that not for the faint of heart!! I will say if your willing to put in the time and sacrifice then this is your destination for results!!!! The owner and his family Bob Donnelly have more history in the art of training with a no surrender attitude that they are willing to share with you out of the love for the sport rather than most gyms that just see $ signs and not nickel-and-dime you for everything they just the gym packed full of honest hard work members and watching them do there thing!! Step one foot in this place and feel the electricity of a "real" gym and you will be hooked the first time.... more
