Absolutely one of Utica hidden GEMS!! This gym has more top notch equipment than all the gyms in the area put together . Remind you tho it a serious hard core facility that not for the faint of heart!! I will say if your willing to put in the time and sacrifice then this is your destination for results!!!! The owner and his family Bob Donnelly have more history in the art of training with a no surrender attitude that they are willing to share with you out of the love for the sport rather than most gyms that just see $ signs and not nickel-and-dime you for everything they just the gym packed full of honest hard work members and watching them do there thing!! Step one foot in this place and feel the electricity of a "real" gym and you will be hooked the first time...
If you're a student near here it's a great outlet to come get your workout on. The people who work there and are regulars are very nice as well. The biggest issue is that the facility is not very clean and is due for an update. Less than half of the machines work, and the rest are there for decoration it seems. They dont fix any of the machines that obviously are broken. I wish I could give it a higher rating because as I said, the employees are very sweet and helpful. But the equipment and facilities need an update of some kind. I also think it would be nice if they could have classes that come with a subscription Like yoga or kickboxing.

In town for 2 weeks for the holidays. The team there really took care of me and were more than fair when I needed a place to work out for a few weeks. Everything you need in a gym plus friendly people. Could not be more happy. Specific thanks to Mark for making this easy for me. I highly recommend this place and will be going there every time I am in town visiting.
