A great place! Lots of different ways to improve yourself, included during their closure because of COVID19. All types of folks belong and are so friendly with one another - a very inclusive place to be! Les Mills classes are wonderful - certified, fun instructors. Virtual classes were added, giving many more options. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I am a 15 year member, and hope I can keep it up for another 15!
Trillium is an AMAZING Gym! One of the best decisions I ever made was getting a membership here! The owner/trainers/staff are all highly educated, super friendly and keep you motivated daily!!!! The facility is always clean and organized. Every time I walked into this gym I was made to feel welcome, like I was family :) The Les Mills classes they offer are like no other in the area!!! They periodically change up the routines of the classes so there is no chance of boredom! Well done Trillium! Thank you!
Amazing gym! All of the trainers are outstanding. They will push you out of your comfort zone, making you stronger because of it. Since being a member at trillium I am the most fit I have ever been! The group fitness classes are amazing. My personal favorite is the cycle classes they offer called RPM. Would recommend this gym to anyone I know!
I joined the Trillium family last month and I couldn't be more pleased with that choice! The staff know my name and greet me warmly, the machines/equipment are all updated and well taken care of, the group classes are fun and great workouts, and I love the camaraderie and family feel that Trillium provides. The price range is very affordable and the location is so convenient. Thank you Trillium Fitness!
The personal trainer's there are the best in the region and so are the programs. Trillium offers the most Les Mills programs in Central New York. The weight loss program, The Loser Program is outstanding. Every other gym has tried to copy or replicate it and simply can't. The facility is clean, the members are very diverse and all are welcoming. It's a friendly, super clean gym with state of the art equipment. I wouldn't workout or train anywhere else.

Coming from New York City, it's a whole different world.

There are a million other gyms to join (which I did and I love it, but not at this place) so I would think theyd be nice and helpful. Also, while I was waiting, I noticed the other staff member on his cell phone instead of helping me. You lost my business at your customer service.

Top notch facility. Clean and well maintained. Staff helpful and friendly. It's like I've come home to where I belong! Excited to be back after many years.
The new facility is beautiful, clean, open and energetic. The staff is the best. On more than one occasion and life struggles they have helped me gain my confidence back in the fitness world. Along with resetting my nutrition. It's the only gym I'll ever use. So many fitness levels and equipment and classes to try.

So clean and new! Awesome classes offered. Bikes look pretty hi tech (I did not take a spin class, but may come back for one). No sauna/steam etc. Locker/Bath rooms have all basic accommodations. If you like group exercise, COME HERE.

This is by far my favorite gym. The staff is amazing and they are very friendly. Even the gym's members are all very nice and friendly. The facility is in pristine condition and well lit. The gym is very open and bright and the workout rooms are spacious as well. he showers are spacious and they provide soap and hair dryers in the locker rooms. I would highly recommend this gym. Two thumbs up =)
