I've been a member for over a year. The trainers are experienced, Knowledgeable and motivating. if you want to feel like a part of a family then this is the place to be. Meg and her team are a wonderful group of people.

Urban has always been my preferred gym when not training outdoors. Urban has everything you would expect in a box, but that isn't the best part. The community at Urban is amazing. The relationships formed there are so positive and empowering, it affects the rest of your life. Visits to Urban Life are always the highlight of my week.

Great set up at this spot. I love the feel of the space and the vibe of the community. Each time I've been there, I've had a blast while getting super sweaty. The athletes all challenge and support each other and I even PR'd a few lifts while I was there. Check them out.

Happy to see a fitness studio in Syracuse classes have great music. Prices are expensive for spin classes more then CycleBar or other studios I have visited. Spin classes are pretty basic-some of the bikes have seen better days. Looking forward to trying other classes at this studio. Experiences with staff at the front desk haven't been great-tried getting information about class packages and they didn't seem to have much knowledge about them or just didn't want to take the time to explain.
I've never loved a gym or trainers so much, absolutely a fantastic crew.
