This is my favorite yoga studio in the capital district! The facility is spacious and clean (they have locker rooms with showers, nice bathrooms, two studios, etc), the teachers are friendly and knowledgeable, the prices are reasonable, and the classes are always invigorating.
The flow classes at Studio 4 always build naturally, running through a good warm up to challenging sequence and then back to a healthy cool down. Jim in particular teaches a great Thursday class that is always a rewarding challenge.
I highly recommend checking out Studio 4!

I have taken a variety of classes here and love all the teachers! Definitely a great workout and very welcoming to beginners but also allows the very skilled yogis in the class to take more advanced positions. The studio is very clean and beautiful with a relaxing vibe.

Great classes! Lots of stretching and plenty of sweating out those toxins from daily life! Super convenient location, walk by a cool weight lifting place and a hopping bar. Upstairs to 3 classy yoga studios and spacious dressing room w/showers.
