Amita is a dedicated and inspiring teacher who is welcoming to students of all levels. She encourages and supports her students and is attentive to each persons needs and growth in their practice. Amita is very devoted and passionate about Iyengar yoga, and shares this openly with her students.

Going to class here twice a weak with my wife made a huge difference in my life. Absolutely we love it. Best Iyankar certified yoga teacher in Rochester NY.

Amita is a wonderful, dedicated teacher who devotes personal care and attention to all her students. A yoga teacher like her is a find in Rochester! I enjoy my classes with her.

I'm very grateful that I found this Iyengar studio here in Rochester. The teacher, Amita is very knowledgable and has a good eye for correcting the students. The studio is well equipped with all the props anyone could need. I love the atmosphere of the studio it's nice and has a cozy feel to it.

EXCELLENT. I found this place thanks to the Hindu Temple, so this is not a west version of yoga. Amita is very knowledgeable, a great teacher, she corrects precisely each student. The studio, tools and class size are excellent to improve your yoga practice.

I have been going to Sadhanaa yoga for years. The teacher, Amita, is great. She is excellent at explaining Iyengar concepts. She always pushes just to my limits. The equipment is up to date. the space is cozy, just the right size for a small class.
