Newly renovated with added amenities. The staff is so helpful. Recommend going all in and getting the Black Card membership. You'll have full access to massage chairs, hydrotherapy massagers, tanning booths and Red Light Therapy booth. And you can bring a guest at each visit at no extra charge.
Because the people that works there are very respectful and the keep the place clean which makes it feels like home
Great amenities, great and helpful staff! Love coming here anytime of the day!
Just remodel the place it looks great
I like this gym allot. The staff is respectful & friendly, and Kimberly, the manager is wonderful (she works very hard to keep it nice). It has relatively new machines, well maintained, and the gym is clean. The renovations look good so far, the men's locker room is nicely improved with new lockers, etc. Mornings are good, and I never have to wait for machines. Ample parking too. I highly recommend this location.

I enjoy working out at planet fitness, and I have been to quite a few different locations. From now on I will avoid coming to this one for a few reasons: there is no scale to check my weight in the locker room, the tanning beds are so old and outdated, the water from the drinking fountain stays warmer than the air no matter how long you let it run, and it is just overall outdated compared to other locations. I much prefer Henrietta over any others I have been to
A great gym to just work out at. No lunk heads screaming and grunting.
My son and I have been at this gym for 1 month now. The staff is friendly if a bit indifferent. Good place to work out. Just to keep active. A week ago my son and I were doing dead lifts. We were informed that they weren't allowed. I checked the rules and saw that it was true. Extremely stupid rule as dead lifts are a great workout. What irked me was the rude manner I was informed. When approached I said sorry I did not know. The employee says " That's why I'm telling you. " in such a rude tone. Lucky for him I had my son with me. Little kid needs to learn how to deal with the public. Machines are also breaking down one after another. Hope they are fixed soon or I'll be looking for another gym.

Today I came in as usual for my morning workout. I have been using facilities for many years never brought in a visitor however today my grandson came with me. I assumed visitors were allowed free passes that is what I was told in the past. However I was charged $20.00 for your day pass. If my teenage grandson did not have heart set on the experience I would have left.
I do not feel this fee is appropriate for members that have been loyal to your facility for years. I've been there since Tom worked that front desk and Gary both excellent representives of Plant Fitness. They were helpful and knew their patrons today I felt that my loyalty to your facility meant nothing. I will be moving on as a result of this experience.

Nice location, friendly staff. It's never been too crowded for me, but I go in the early morning. There's just enough to keep me active.

Decent location, not my favorite, but not my least favorite, out of the PF locations around Rochester. Not really clean, but not really dirty either. Pretty busy and I usually have to wait a little bit for certain equipment. The staff is friendly. For the gyms location, its better than I expected when I went the first time. Kind of small, but not as small as the Greece one, and its cleaner than the Greece one and the garbage cans aren't overflowing with paper towels. I go to this location when I'm in a hurry or don't feel like driving far, as this is the closest PF to my house. If you're looking for the biggest location with the most equipment I'd suggest Henrietta, my top 3 are Henrietta, Victor and Penfield. My least favorite is the PF in Greece.

I love how they make a statement about not judging people
Nice location open 24 hours
Well kept. Friendly staff
Love being able to go late at night when I just want to work out in a quiet atmosphere, the staff is professional, courteous, they facility is always clean and if you need a trainer you can find one.
Great equipment, massage chairs are great.
need to get the hack machine for hack squats. and update the equipment.
After reading some reviews, I expected a bad experience but it was good!
The water fountain I found is near the women's locker room which is slightly awkward, but it's workable.
Sure, some paper towel dispensers were out of paper towels but there were plenty of rolls out which is fine.
Most importantly for me, it was clean and despite Google marking it as busy, I had no issues finding equipment to use.
Just wanted to run liked We do
Terrible experience with a self centered manager (Brian). Denies a black card customer access to the facility after my wife went to pick kids up. He said that I can't be on the premises without her?!?! I personally witnessed 4 to 5 times customers coming in and not even checking in at the front desk. Then they have suspicious activity going on in the locker room and parking lot, where money is being exchanged! I used to go there 4to 5 times a week but had to switch membership because of bad customer service. No knock on Planet Fitness but they have a few "Rogue" employees that take it upon themselves to enforce their own rules and mask it as "company policy". Besides the other locations are much better, newer, and better employees!! #Itsgreaterlater!!!
i love this gym every time i go everyone be so kind and its always equipment to use and its clean
This is one of 3 Planet Fitness's that I frequent in the Rochester area and it is my least favorite, the other 2 being Victor and Webster. For at least 2 months there has not been a paper towel dispenser in the ladies restroom, they just put the roll on top of the garbage can which causes the roll to get soggy after all the wets hands touching it. You can see where the dispenser was but they just don't want to replace it. When the toilet paper runs out in the ladies restroom more than once I have just seen the employees use the sanitary garbage mounted on the stall as the new toilet paper holder instead of getting the key to place in the actual toilet paper holder. I have also seen male employee's enter the female locker room unannounced, luckily I had clothes on while in there. The signage lights have been out for months as well. The overall upkeep or lack of makes me think the staff is pretty lazy here. The issue that annoyed me to the point which caused me to write this review is when I handed my tag to the lady at the desk and she said I could check myself in. Meanwhile this lady was leaning against the counter on her cell phone doing nothing. The same day another employee was walking around with the backpack vacuum while being completely mindless about the power cord. He was frequently stopping at the front desk to talk to the girls meanwhile his cord was stretched across the entrance which was a major tripping hazard for anyone. It was not laying the floor but in the air so you had to step over it. The only pro over this location is the WiFi seems to be better than Victors, however at Webster I have no issues with WiFi or cleanliness just the rush hour traffic.
I come here daily at 4am...the best gym for a great price... Has everything you need that any other gym could offer at a higher price...
