The price is right and it suits my needs. Friendly, definitely feels like your best friend decided there wasn't enough room in their garage to contain all their gym stuff. So they bought a building and and here we are.
Favorite gym. Low key, quiet, nice people, clean bathroom and equipment.
The place is good. Easy structure for lifters. Came to visit my fiancees family for the week offered cheap week passes and open till late. 12 am which works great. Def would recommend.
Great gym, great price! Tons of machines and huge cardio section. Guests and staff are all very nice. No waiting to use equipment. I highly recommend this gym!
Been going there for years. They have two real squat racks (not just Smith machine, though they have that too) and really everything you need. And you can't beat the price. I love it.
It's a great gym to get you're weight up.gym shouldn't be a popularity contest.this is the place to drink your pre workout put on your headphones and get it in with minimal waiting for anything.i dig it

This gym is great. Cheapest gym in Rochester. I live right around the corner. Has everything you need to get in shape. Wether you be strength training ,practicing cardio,calisthenics, or some kind of weird CrossFit type deal. This place has a bit of everything. There are many bars. 2 flat benches. Incline bench. Decline bench. 2 squat/power racks. Pre set bars up to 80 lbs. Several free benches. A seated bench. A deadlift rack. And several platforms.
All kinds of people. From people who look like they can be IFBB pros to just your average Joe trying to get his weight up. So far everyone has been either kind or minded their own business. Can get a bit packed. But can't complain too much as I have a job with hours ranging from 2 to 10-12 so I can avoid most of the rush.

Ok gym. A third of the treadmills are broken at any given time. But still enough to not have to wait. The price is right though, $10/mo plus $30 annual fee

It's not a bdk gym whatsoever . I'm just sad because I called about a dozen times . I mean literally but was no answer . When I get there, a young woman is behind the desk so I stayed in the cab . Rather than go to the gym I pay to be a member of I payed 20 or so bucks by cab to go to Knockout then again leave . To go to the 1 spot I thought I'd never step foot into, Planet Fitness where I'll be paying another 20 bucks to attend . Then I have to take a cab back . But for the comfort & because they answered, this will be the best 70 bucks I spent .

The internet is sometimes disabled & the dumb bells go up only to 120-125 but its an all around very decent gym
Serious gym for serious gym goers
The female front desk worker is incredibly rude, felt the need to publically humilate me in front of multiple people, accusing me of smoking in the rest room which I told her I wasn't, she then asked again getting ruder and demanded I open the door, which is harassment and a form of sexual harassment since I was using the rest room at the moment. Then when I asked to speak to a manager she copped a further attitude and told me to get out and dont come back if I have a problem with what she did. She was verbally confrontational, aggressive, sexually exposed me by whipping open the door when I was on the toilet and all I front of two of her little girlfriends who giggled the whole time. Unless you feel like being verbally assulated, spoken down to like your a dog and not a paying customer and have your privates exposed to multiple people, DONT EVER COME TO THIS GYM

It's a male dominated gym full of people who pretty much know what to do in a gym not very female-friendly on less you have athletic experience. The weights are never put back where they belong it's just super unorganized. If you are looking for something like LA Fitness or Planet Fitness or aesthetically pleasing this is not your place. They have a rinky-dink Jacob's Ladder and no TRX suspension. For the price you get what you pay for though.

Great place not overly large. People seem freindly. Staffed is helpful and nice. Air conditioning needs a little work but it works just not great.

Horrible experience when discontinuing my membership. When I asked about this process I was asked a few questions and I was then told that my membership had ended. Several months later I noticed that I was still being charged each month. When I spoke to the owner he explained to me that the gentleman who I spoke with was a trainer but not an actual employee of the gym. Because of the misinformation, I was refunded some of the charges. Now here it is a month later and I'm still being charged. Owner refuses to call me and refuses to handle this issue. Not happy at all!!!
