Excellent basic gym spatial with complete handicap access. Brooklyn Heights branch have parking garages within a block or two. Parking at additional charge. Friendly supported staff.... more
Very clean good staff but need little more weights in my opinion overall good tho. I love the size of the gym and how spacious it feels. If you want a time of the day that's not too crowded I recommend going in early in the morning or noon.... more

The PF on Flatbush Avenue and Empire Blvd is spacious. The energy in this place is amazing. You have the whole floor to workout. Very few times I had to wait for a machine. The place is clean, staff is alright and the music is at a good level.... more

Love the training w/ instructor. Tanning beds are dated but still functional. thankfully the gym was renovated recently. Air fresheners do need replacement theres a few guys in the gym that smell like cow manure and the smell is offensive at times.... more

This place has so much potential if they would invest some money into it. Yes great complex good service , one should visit and attend the carribean events in there at pool area its call play, cabana and poolside lounge great delights tantalizing food from the carribean and cocktails on deck it's like u on an island in nyc .... more
Always busy, not much space to lay a mat to work out. The upstairs would be perfect if they removed a row of machines which are barely used. The cleaning spray are filled with water and no cleaning solution.... more
This is the smallest, most cramped planet fitness I've ever been to. 3rd floor of a shopping plaza. Their equipment is NOT new/updated, so there are no ropes, monkey bars, open stretching area, the equipment for jumping and creating unique circuits.... more
Lots of bodies sculpting exercising equipment nice atmosphere and clean.. I went like around 6 in the afternoon and it wasnt too crowded. Everybody was doing their own thing and minding their business.... more
There is an African american Male worker here who wears a black shirt and black pants that is very rude and should be fired. Planet fitness please train your employees on good customer service.... more
Very clean and love this gym better than canal. This place is ok; nothing special. Being in Manhattan, it will feel cramped especially during busy times. The number of popular machines is limited, so expect a wait when it is busy.... more
This is the 2nd time within a month I rode my bike to planet fitness on Remsen and waited out in the cold after 12 midnight for it to open, Ive been standing here since 1145 and it's now 1215 and nobody has arrived to open place yet.... more
I think this gym is pretty good considering its size. However I do think the staff could enforce more a no phone policy. I've been here for 2 hours most days and I always see the same people on the machine on phones.... more
