Absolutely love this place. Both my children and myself take classes here. The place is extremely clean and welcoming. The staff are both helpful and friendly.

I love this place.. it's like my second home! They treat their students as part of a family and offer very high quality training with amazing coaches!
For me this is the best MMA gym in queens. They are the best at teaching BBJ and MuayThai. Also if you want to BURN some calories their KICKBOXING classes are amazing!
They offer many different classes for a very low price if you compare to others. I tried Japanese & Brazilian Jiu-jitsu as well as MMA/US Boxing and their killer kickboxing class. I love each one of them!! they also have Taekwondo and Ninjitsu if you interested.
Mc dojo, this place is not really well qualified each program does not have a legitimate lineage of experience nor a proper business etiquette. Highly do not recommend this pace.
I joined last year for three months and I loved it! The people are great, very motivating and the receptionist is super friendly. I stopped for a year because I didn't have any time between school and work and I really missed it so now I'm back!! The deals are better than ever and the best part is I'm really seeing results/changes in my body. They moved to a bigger, nicer location and are offering more classes for an affordable price. If you're looking for a fun place to work out, I'd recommend Training Zone to everyone.

I signed my 16 yo up about a month ago, I enrolled him in the all inclusive program meaning he can take whatever classes he wants and with no restrictions on how many classes he wants.
The staff is super friendly as well as the students, and what to say about sensi Manny except he is one of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of meeting, when you join they remember your name and make you feel like a part of the family.
I certainly did my due diligence into researching the different schools around and this place fit the bill perfectly, multi discipline and top notch instructors in each discipline, I can't recommend this place enough and after only about a month I see a difference in my kid mentally and physically.

Came in looking for a place to get fit and exercise. I was offered a free trial class which was great. The instructor was very knowledgeable and made you feel comfortable. He worked with me and came to check on me within class time to see how I was doing. The environment was friendly and the facility was super clean. After the trial I was told the program was $99/month, unlimited access. I am able to come in six days a week for that price which is AMAZING! So cheap compared to other schools I have been too. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get in shape. You will not regret it!!

Training Zone, I would say is a great place for kids and adults to get in shape. The progress that I have seen in my brother is remarkable. He went from being a chubby boy to a slimmer version of himself in just a short time. I would recommend this place not only because of the programs but the staff too. The instructors are very friendly towards the kids and they seem to have great patience towards the younger children. The price is also very affordable compared to other places we have went to. In the almost two years that he has attended class there is NOTHING to complain about!!!
