This place is very clean,,in the mornings at least,,thanks to always welcoming and friendly face of a employee named Nash!
Wish that front desk would say hello or good workout or at least maybe ,possible nod there heads but I get that requires lifting there heads up or away from there phones and that's just so much work these days.
So thank you Nash for being always positive,encouraging and welcoming.

I. love. this. gym. It's clean, members are considerate, staff is always there to say hello and smile, trainers actually pay attention to you - your goals, needs, and challenge you to increase your personal gains. I actually look forward to going to the gym now. Finally, a guilt-free addiction. I am definitely happy with this choice. And, what's more, it's affordable.
Very decent not a bad gym but nothing compared to Pelham or even hunts point. I give it points because it has a parking lot
A very good environment to workout, and everyone is friendly and kind towards eachother, really appreciated my time spent here.
Best planet fitness i love they still have fitness eliptical which is good for my knees,the staff like family.they only thing i which they open earlier saturday and sunday but best planet fitness
It's nice just needs more machines. I like the "sit ups" one but it's always taken. Because there's only one.
Work-out machines are good. The amenities are less than poor. The staff may be too young to handle their responsibilities. They are always leaning on something... more engaged in their smartphones than their duties. Many times, in the morning, the trash cans are overflowing / paper towels empty / locker room & toilet dirty. The advertised extras are not up to par and haven't been for a long time. There is one television (Glebe Ave side) that has been broken since last Thanksgiving. Recently, the Wi-Fi has been spotty (at best)... it's down more than it's up. This week, one of the clocks did not keep the correct time; it was removed. My fear is that it WILL NEVER BE REPLACED. I've been to other PF facilities in The Bronx. The Castle Hill franchise has to be one of the worst in borough. This place needs a serious intervention.

I really didn't appreciate the staff yelling at my friend from across the gym and ringing the lunk alarm on him. It was my friend's second time in a gym and he dropped the weights by accident. For a judgement free zone, that situation was very judgemental and avoidable. I was furious with the staff member but did not want to embarrass my friend further. Unfortunately I am the one who suggested that my friend join planet fitness. I'm almost sorry I did.

Nice gym. Machines are available the time I go. Problem is that the two young ladies at the front desk are NOT professional at all. The staff should not be using profanity in front of the customers.

Seriously,,if you need to raise the price in order to have an actual AC working throughout the place then do it
How in hell do you think thwt someone can stay ondoing cardio for half hour with out AC unit near by working???
Are you nuts??? I measured 76 degrees the lowest temp inside in few days and that's insofe temp,,,now imagine workong out on that???? Heart attack waiting to happened
Fix and turn the AC on,,or you will have the city officials all kinds on your back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
5/2/18 - The staff at this facility needs ADULT SUPERVISION. They are friendly enough, but to run out of paper towels (people sweat when working out) is inexcusable. Every once and a while, an ADULT needs to make sure this gym is running smoothly.
The best gym in my area for the price. They do offer free parking for the members which is great. This location is quite spacious and not too crowded if you go there between 12-5 pm. Truly judgement free zone!!

Awful. Employees are extremely loud and distracting while making suggestive comments about my choice of clothing. A pink sweater, woah so insane right? Would never go here again. Please whoever reads this go a little further to the location by Pelham Bay. Staff is way friendlier and their machines aren't 10 years old. Funny enough they just left the hand soap out instead of refilling the dispenser. Shows how lazy the staff is. Disgusting.
No egos at all. The parking is very convenient
Love my gym .but management has to do something about the parking lot, local residents park there and members always have to wait or do meter parking which is an inconvenience
i hate to write bad reviews but this issue has been too long. Been coming here off an on roughly bout 5 years. The customer service is great I had to branch off to another PF due to the lack to equipment. This is the only PF I know that has the previous old equipment while others gym got new equipment. Same equipment from 5 years ago until now. Every gym have doubles of everything abs machine, triceps and biceps and e.t.c but this the only gym that has singles of each besides the broken equipment. I don't when but this needs a big and serious upgrade..NO EXCUSES

My first time there Im really disappointed. Is just a bunch of machines and a few dunbells, if you are looking to build muscle this place is not for you they don't have the proper equipment. Employees are great and very friendly and everything is clean
The staff is friendly and attentive. Not a bad place to work out at.
Go here all the time. Good amount of machines. Facilities and locker rooms are clean most of the time. Gets alittle packed but you can usually get the machine you want with alittle patience. Employees are fun and friendly.
Not bad at all with regard to membership cost. Have plenty of mechines. Gets crowded sometimes

Would Like To See The Staff Cleaning The Facilities More At This Location... I Saw Roaches On 2 Different Occasions.
I called this place on a sunday afternoon to find out about their hours and the staff on the phone was very unprofessional. To be very specific i called on sunday 10/08/17 at 4:50 pm it was a male that picked up the phone. I will not be joining this gym i rather pay more for friendly and respectful treatment. Please reconsider your staff!!
