Very nice and well controlled Gym for women.
Sedona (Forest Hills) is a scam. You sign a contract like any other gym but trying to cancel is a nightmare. I followed the instructions on my contract to cancel in writing 30 days in advance. My notice came back in the mail stating no such address exists. I then proceeded to call the 800 number and cancel once again Writing to the new address. It is two years later and they are still attempting to charge my credit card. I placed a dispute with my credit card, submitting proof of address problems, etc. and won. But now they have put my account into a collection agency. I am disputing that as well. I have an 820 credit score so I'm not too concerned. The owners gossip about the clients and it is more of a geriatric physical therapy center than a gym. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Go elsewhere!! Retro gym down the road......
Good place for women of all ages. Love this place because is a women's gym. But wish it could be much closer to where I live. Ladies if u like to feel comfortable in a place to work out . Without creeping eyes of men .well this is a place that u can feel safe n comfortable. My daughter n I go here n she love it here.

It sucks! The cancellation policy is you have to move away 25 miles from the club. 25 mils straight line distance, which mean you have to move to NJ or CT. If you do not intend to live in the neighborhood for more than 2 years, DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT. If you move, even if you are not able to go back there anymore, they will charge you until 2 year contract expires. Stupid policy.
Great women's gym at an affordable price. The gym HAS a fitness studio, a sauna, and a tanning booth. I just wish they included the sauna and class benefits with the gym contract. Your gym membership is one set of fees, if you want to add attending unlimited classes they are $10 a month and if you want the sauna benefit I believe it's an additional $10 a month. You can opt to pay as you go for classes and the sauna if you so not want to pay extra monthly. But it becomes far more expensive since they charge $10 a session for the sauna, and $10 per class.
1 star review because im a person that likes to have full access to things i dont like that they close early on Friday Saturday and Sunday. I started working late pretty much right after i signed up. so when i did make it i only had an hour to work out. i couldn't wake up late on the weekends and just go. So when i realized this i tried to get out of my contract and couldn't do that either because they completely lock you in and they wouldn't even let me buy out my contract. so i have to wait until February 2018 to cancel the membership.
When i moved into the area i liked the idea of going to a small all woman's gym. which is really great for woman who are uncomfortable working out near men. But they dont have many weights to work with. and the main room is stuffed with cardio equipment and theirs this tiny area to stretch and do calisthenics which gets constantly taken up by the personal trainer when she does her sessions. i should have taken the $15 membership that only lets you work out 3 days a week. (they choose the days and its been son long that i cant remember which ones) but they take 36.52 from my account every month and thats what i get for jumping into a contract because the gym looked good. in my opinion if you have the time to go during the day and are only looking for a light work out this is the gym for you.
for a real work out with space to breathe Honestly your better off at blink and Planet fitness. they have the room, the prices work for you and you can cancel whenever you'd like.
