I go to the gym regularly and know what I'm doing in there. I've seen personal trainers and fitness instructors who go through the motions with their clients and that always disgusted me because they're taking advantage of people. I can take any of these people and easily get them better results. My one on one training with Keyre was the complete opposite. Her goal wasn't to tire me out and tell me we had a good workout, she gave a program suited to help me improve my body overall and specifically balance and flexibility which I was lacking. She is very knowledgeable about the body and showed me strength and flexibility go hand and hand and improving flexibility will increase strength. I also liked that Keyre was all business and I don't need a person telling me one more set, she demanded I do it right and that's far more motivating. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for physical improvement with a trainer who knows what the're doing who isn't looking to take advantage of them.

I love Transcend Fitness and Keyre is the best. She modified all the exercises for me and made sure that my form was the best. It was a challenging workout and Keyre made it fun. I am looking forward to my next session.
