I am currently training with a trainer Gerano. He is being very attentive and empathetic to couple issues that I had. I had lower back pain and he definitely does some magic with it, I feel much better.

It's not the worst of the chain gyms in nyc. It has a nice rec room that hardly anyone uses. The staff is nice, no one bugs you. With a little maintenance and a juice bar that place would be set.

There are many sports equipment that can be used without queuing. There are also fitness coaches around to guide and make many friends.

I don't really like it because there is alot of people there that they us alot of the machine and they take hours but I like it because I loose pounds and it's worth the wait

It's gives you enough to do your own things, just depends on the time, internet connection is bad, very cheap compared to other gyms

This gym in a sweatbox. Crowded and small. I guess it's true what they say. You get what you pay for. No internet connection because you are in a basement

Great small gym, membership is around $240 a year. Worst thing is there is no internet connection
