I went like around 6 in the afternoon and it wasnt too crowded. Everybody was doing their own thing and minding their business. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all

The equipment is clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The members are courteous and polite.

A lot of cardio equipment. Limit space around equipment. Not bad for a quick workout.

Very nice and clean facility. I went on a Saturday for my first time and it wasn't too busy, the weights were all racked correctly and they had good music.

Oh yeah, great place, I go there at night or early morning when it's empty, lay on the floor to meditate, and go home.

Just be careful with their shower soap, when I used it smelled like the sewers.
Also, the place is always packed/crowded, even after 10pm there's a decent amount of folks.

Wish I could give it -5 Stars. A hunch of thieving people. Deceitful conniving business. People, no matter how low the cost. DO NOT JOIN.!!! Not worth it.

I only go around 1AM so my experience is probably different from a lot of other people's, but the employees are friendly and leave you to your workout but are still readily available for assistance if you need it. The locker room and bathroom are clean and there are more than enough options available for someone just starting out their exercise routine. Once you can avoid the crowds it's a great place to go.

This location may not have all the fancy equipment other P.F.s have. Yet, hey, I'm down 56 lbs. So can not complain. Serves its purpose.

This may be the worse gym i have ever been a member of. i wouldnt even recommend this gym to my worse enemy. from the rudeness of the staff, from the weights never being racked, people running in the gym like there is an indoor track, no hand sanitizers, no hand wipes, bathrooms are nasty. bottom line, STAY AWAY FROM THIS GYM BY ALL MEANS, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

As a black card member I've been traveling to different planet fitness locations and this is my favorite so far.
First the bad and caution to the wise: The massage chair, located farthest away from massage chair entrance, buttons arent fully functional, so you cannot change the massage settings and intensity, its stuck on 1 (tapping) and low intensity. I have encountered quite a few times a wait to use the massage chair because everyone (including myself) prefer to use the first massage chair that is fully functionally. It's been that way for quite some time hopefully they will get that fixed/replaced soon.

Other than that I really like this location! Staff is really nice! Plenty of machines, in great condition. It's not noisy, its clean, smells REALLY nice and very fragrant most of the time. There can be a hint of gym funk at times, which is to be expected after all it is a gym but there is never an OVERWHELMING smell of gym like most locations I've visited.
It seems like a very small location at first glance while inside, but once I start working out, everything well... workouts. The lay out is great: convenient, small but not cramped.
The only readily space to do floor exercises is in front of the windows. Some people have expressed dislike for this fact, it doesn't bother me personally. What I like about the floor exercise space is that it is away from any other foot traffic which I find to be the opposite case in other Planet Fitness locations. Also the area is small and in close proximity of alike exercises (free weights and stretch machines) which is a plus not only for convenience but the close proximity of alike exercises makes it a good place to wind down alone or spark conversation. There's an ample seating sitting area by the front desk that also provides a good space 2 meet before or after workout or to just sit and unwind.
The overall location of the gym is great. It's located within a shopping hub by a sporting goods store, mini mall (where you can find parking), supermarket and there is a White Castle across the street that sells black bean and veggie burgers.
I like going to this location because it has a real easy-going pleasant atmosphere, I can run errands, get something to eat before or after my workout. I find that during their high traffic hours there are ppl of all ages and ethnicities, really mixed and diversed group of gym goers. Mondays after work (5pm-8pm/9pm) seem to be the busiest. The only two cons are:
-Not enough space for floor/free weight exercises- which I find is the case with most planet fitness locations
-One massage chair isn't fully functionally

Wish they had more free weights there, barbells would be nice too, and dumbbells that went above 60 lbs!, aside from that, it's very clean, has a great staff and the equipment is clean and like new!!!

love this gym... its always clean and quiet..best times to go is 4-6am because its less people...

The gym is good. Staff is good
Unfortunately it is some members that treat the gym with so much disrespect.
Weights left in areas were there is no weights, towel paper all over the floor and machines instead of the garbage. People using weights on the treadmill and the step machine, without care for the safety of others. Thank God I get to go, when most of the inconsiderate people are not there.

This Gym is seriously lacking. The highest free weight (dumbbell) is 60 lbs. It doesn't even have a weight bench. The weigh bench is the corner stone of any gym. Put it like this, I only go there because its competitor is too far away from me. This gym is like a baby on creeping knees, its still wet behind it's ear.

Started going for the past month or two, usually around 6AM OR 530PM. It's never been packed. Always available treadmills and machines. I don't pay mind to the staff, that's not what I'm there for

Well I am very disappointed going to the GYM for the first time no more chance for me to go back on that location in Pennsylvania ave in Brooklyn
The staffs very unprofessional Specially the Trainer.... Supoze to train me for 30 minutes have a nasty attitude towards me.

A warm welcome, that I got from the young lady may God bless her thank you so much

After that zero for rest of the staff
The trainer probably looking for someone more sexy to help but I am not
I' m hurt I was crying in my way home
This is the reason why I want to start the GYM at the first place Shame on you

This what I was expecting
A Welcome with encouragement
Not pushing me away with a nasty attitude towards men

Very unorganized and unattended. Bathroom has no supplies and unsanitary conditions.

I have been attending this location for little over a year at various times during the day. The staff are courteous, hard working and very professional. The equipment is always properly cleaned. The managers do a great job as far as monitoring the employees. This is the 5th planet fitness location that I have visited it's a great experience. The personal trainer does a great job offered me a few tips when a client cancelled, very professional. So far the only issue I have is that owners/management should have a designated person for the phones especially during rush hour.
