This place has so much potential if they would invest some money into it
Yes great complex good service , one should visit and attend the carribean events in there at pool area its call play, cabana and poolside lounge great delights tantalizing food from the carribean and cocktails on deck it's like u on an island in nyc . #ronthecityendorsethis #playatpacplex
Great place, great environment and most importantly great staff..... Only reason not 5 stars is because no facility basketball available. Reason for that is reasonable but still providing basketball for play would be the perfect 5 star experience.
Great facility, although it could do with a face lift. Great equipment, the front desk people are friendly and helpful. A Really large facility with a lot going on for all ages. Great seniors classes as well as a varied amount of classes such as spinning, yoga and more. Upstairs has a boxing gym with a coach who knows his stuff. Overall, this is a Great gym!

We went for a baby shower (December) the heating system wasn't working properly. The people who threw the showerd did an amazing job trying to cover up the many flaws (wholes in the walls, stained ceiling panels, missing ceiling panels etc...) i personally, hoped the venue was close to free, I wouldn't pay a dime for it.

I enjoy working out there the atmosphere is very pleasent.mostly everyone who comes there do they own thing,working out.

I wish i could give it a zero....I'm going to describe what I witnessed and heard today at this place. I go into the complex looking for information on kids swimming classes and prices. as i go through the door at the stairs I notice a young male on one of the couches apparently in some pain. I go to the desk and ask about the swimming program.
The woman at the desk says that she'll call a mgr and to have a seat. Ok, 15 min goes by, I see workers walking by the hurt guy and asking him if hes OK.....he says no at least 5 times to 5 different workers. The receptionist who i initially spoke to comes over and gives him a soda.....?. Ok 30 more min goes by..another woman comes in and the 2 women are discussing the injured kid on their couch.
I'm thinking an ambulance should be here any min now.....but no. The second woman directs the first one to have this kid fill out an accident report....REALLY!!!. All the while there's a world cup soccer match going on....there are about 5 grown men wearing "STAFF" and "LIFEGUARD" shirts watching the game. Finally after another 45 min...I SWEAR!!!..... one of them comes over and says to this kid, "You can either go home or you can call an ambulance yourself."......WHAT!!!
The kid tells the man that hes not getting any reception in the building....All the while the first woman is hovering over this kid wit these papers full of fine print.....I go over and tell this kid, who i found out is 15 years old....I tell him not to sign anything!!! He calls his older sister from my phone and she comes in 10 min at the most. I tell her what has been happening and i leave DISGUSTED...
If you or your kid gets hurt at THIS place.....you're on your own, An there will be some MAJOR ass covering going on......I will gladly answer any questions from the staff, managers or ANYONE who would like more info on this.
By the way the the sister called the ambulance as she hung up from my phone and they were there maybe 7 to 8 min after she reached......I couldn't get home fast enough to write this.

Over priced and they don't answer the phone!
Very nice place to host any indoor events.
Good place to play indoor & out soccer, basketball, volleyball, & much more activities

Gym where not a lot people go. Which is a good thing for any one that works out.
Great place to have some fun with frenids and family.
big, with lots of fun things to do. gym, with classes, pools and sauna. lots more things as well.the price for the gym is a little steep but, not more than any other places with all of these options.
They have a wonderful kids swimming class. My son loves it there
They have good activities for the children, but could be a little more cleaner.

Kinda of low end place doesn't look like the staff actually cleans weekly. Basketball corts very low end its better to play outside cause it concrete flooring in An INDOOR COURT!!!!.

My kids had so much fun! We attended a birthday party here.
Its a very big and good gym but very pricey there area is safe and quiet.
My son enjoyed the swimming program there. The staff is helpful. It can be a little pricey though but if you don't mind or set aside the money you would enjoy being there
I love pac plex the staff is very nice I go to summer camp there and I have so much fun
I went there for a party, it was very nice area also this spot was very a spacious
It's ok. It's the neighborhood gym. People are friendly. Classes are good. Just do your workout and activities. Renovations need to be made, especially since there was a Power outage, and the gym needed to be closed.
A poolside party; but couldn't use the pool?
This place is the worse ever! I had a pool party for my son on 7/1/17 and it was the worse experience ever. The staff was rude and lazy and what you pay for is not what you get. They are very unprofessional and are only concerned about getting your money. since it rained on the day of my son's pool party they had to move it inside which was a cheaper rate and its almost 2 months and I am still waiting for my $100 refund. If I had the option of not giving them a star, I would have done that because they do not deserve a star not even one.
