Convenient location close to the airport. A little hard to get to if your not use to driving in the city. Room was clean and slept good since it was quite quiet. Breakfast was traditional hotel, fully stocked when I went through, right above the main lobby.

Great location in Astoria/ Queens, 10' from LaGuardia by free shuttle. Very nice people! Clean rooms. Interesting neighborhood, very diverse. Safe.

Nice stay. Close to the airport and shuttle picks you up for free. It's in a quiet area. Not to much noise as I expected. Happy about that. The complimentary breakfast is good. There are options to choose from. Enjoying my stay here in New York!!

Great staff, great service, friendly environment with a clean room and good food. We stay there several times a year and have always had a wonderful experience. We would not stay anywhere else but here, our "home away from home."

Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. I'm a rewards member so was greeted with a welcome bag that had free water and snacks upon arrival. Room was everything I needed. Also, can't beat free breakfast and shuttle to the Astoria subway. Also on-site parking was convenient. Overall great and affordable stay. Would definitely go back!

very close to La Guardia airport and the shuttle service was great - the room was ok - breakfast area was very small and could only accommodate about 10 people and even that seemed too crowded

It has been everything we asked for, decent v room and decent service. Beds are kind of hard but nothing to bad.

My wife booked a room for us, we came here after a long flight and These guys are like my second family because they made me feel right at home. From check in to check out, it was excellent. The smiles, the breakfast and peace of mind I received from the hotel is priceless! To the best General Manager Roman was great, and excellent staff, Thank You !!!! I was very pleased with everything!!!

Very clean hotel. Small, beds extremely comfortable, best sleep in a long time. Breakfast buffet also the best I've had...fresh and alit of variety. A+++++

Nice hotel, let us check in early and had a good breakfast in the morning. Also had a free shuttle which was nice.

Needs to be run better. Gave us a two person room for a 3 person reservation. Don't serve breakfast until 7 on weekends. People were there early and waiting to to eat.

The manager is very racist and is a thief!
I booked a room at night i payed cash $208 plus a $250 security. When I was walking around he hassled me and told me my kind doesn't belong here! When I checked out he sent someone to my room to check it out then told me he is keeping my security because there was a cigarette but in the room I DONT SMOKE! When I asked for proof that I was smoking he called the cops and said I told you your kind isn't welcome here!

The stay with my family was good and it's a good location. Only complaint is the breakfast area is pretty small so it was always crowded. The hot food isn't that good either.

Pro tip: to take a shuttle from the airport for free, call the hotel, make a reservation, and on the same call ask the shuttle to pick you up. Not very clear, but you call for the shuttle.

This is a perfect little hotel. Very convenient because of it being so close to the airport. We had some friends over and had them stay here, they were very happy. The place is clean and close to restaurants. It's a bit of a walk to the metro but taxis abound.

This hotel is my favorite hotel to stay at when I'm in the city. The rooms are always well cleaned, and the employees are very friendly. The bacon at breakfast is really good too, along with the other breakfast items. This hotel also has plenty of free parking.

Offers free parking, which is usually rare in New York hotels. Rooms were nice and so were the bathrooms. Price is fine and breakfast not bad.

This is a great hotel when visiting NYC. They have a free shuttle from LaGuardia to the hotel which is about 5-10 minutes away. Very convenient to this airport and a subway station is only a 10 minute walk. The shuttle will also take/pickup from subway station. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good. Good value for the money.

Excellent very clean, convenient location. I visited for a work related conference and was impressed with the high level of customer service they provided. If I wasn't local, definitely would stay here.

It was a great experience staying at Fairfield Marriott at Astoria, NY. We stayed there for a couple of nights during our visit to New York City from Chicago. They have ample parking on the back. The hotel served good quality breakfast. Overall it was a comfortable stay at Fairfield. I would strongly recommend others to try it out.

Do NOT stay here. Had the WORST experience. I stayed at Fairfield Inn with my children and husband. In the 1st room they gave us, the bathroom was not cleaned. We moved to room 301 and the room looked fine. The next morning I woke up with 30 plus bites on my leg. As we briefly inspected the room , I also found a wrench under the bed. A wrench! I have two small children and housekeeping couldn't see the wrench under the bed!? I informed the front desk of the situation and they offered rewards points toward another stay. Right, like I'm going to stay at your hotel after this situation! This hotel is gross. I spoke with manager Barbara who was of NO help. NO sympathy, NO trying to resolve the situation. All she could say was we'll we checked the room and saw no bed bugs. ( like they would tell me if they had found bed bugs) One month later I filed a complaint with the department of health. There are many hotels in the same price range in the area. PLEASE do yourself a favor and find another hotel!!!

Rooms are very small, no room to move around much especially in the double bed rooms. There wasn't a big long mirror which for me is a must, the mirror they did have was behind the tv which u couldn't move because they drilled the tv down to the dresser. And the biggest con of all with this hotel was that our room smelled like smoke. We were moved to a different room & that one smelled like smoke also. They didn't even have air freshener to try to make the room smell good.

Not bad for the price, parking is limited, the employee at front desk was friendly. The breakfast was your normal hotel breakfast, but it was clean. The rooms/bathroom was clean, but a little on the small side. We have stayed here 2x now and would stay here again.

Clean, convenient. The hotel is a little small, but the room was clean. This is a clean, comfortable well run hotel. Breakfast was good. You got New York sized bagels - big fresh ones. There's also an airport shuttle which will take you to the nearest subway station and LGA.

Staff very friendly. Great location to airport and train station. The fact that they have a shuttle for both is also awesome. They include breakfast also...not the best, but for the price of the room, can't beat it! Fitness center is very tiny, but has the essentials and they have a water cooler.

I do not know where to begin. Our checking went by so fast that I could not even compare it to a hotel that I have checked into in Florida. Also the staff was extremely nice especially the manager Steve who helped us with breakfast and also made sure that our stay was extremely comfortable. The rooms are nice and clean and since my friends say I have OCD that is a big plus. Also they have a really nice and friendly shuttle stop that takes you to the subway and also to the airport. And the front desk person that worked this weekend was also very helpful with telling us where to get food and we're telling us which subway to take and telling us that there was a delay in the subway and how to take the shuttle to make sure we get on the sub right Subway into the city. This place is not the best but it is great if you ask me.

Great mid priced hotel in Astoria. Easy to get to LaGuardia as well as other NYC activities. Stayed here more than once and will return.

Met every expectation and more!! Front Desk was always friendly and helpful. Maria (Front Desk) welcomed me by name every day and had so many tips for sightseeing, shopping, etc. She was a delight and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversations. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and our room was perfect in every respect. As my granddaughter lives in Astoria, Fairfield Inn will continue to be our NYC hotel of choice.

Really very pleasant. Reasonable rates for New york. Shopping and restaurants close by. The young lady that checked me in is very pleasant and helpful. I will be here a week and I don't foresee anything but a comfortable stay

The staff at the front desk are great, personable and friendly. Very helpful and kind. The hotel is clean and well run, been here many times for a work project, always great.
