To me, paying a little more than Planet Fitness to work out at a gym that has plenty of equipment and never gets too crowded is worth every penny.
So spacious gym. All the machines to train and personal trainer ready to help. The customer service is excellent. The best part is heat room and hidromassagem. Contains a shake protein store and gym clothes. Provide towels to shower and regular small towels.
my husband has been a member here for AGES, through multiple managements, name changes, renovations, you name it.
We've enjoyed the nice staff, the less than nice staff, the amazing staff. And we've been good with it all.
The facilities are expansive in one spot and cozy in another.
You can work out in a gymrat heaven, or in a mom's escape loft.
They provide Shampoo, conditioner, and a towel service if you feel like chipping in for it.
We've had VIP memberships, training, regular when things are tight and have always been treated beautifully.

Gym has all the right equipment but the staff are not friendly. Ask for anything and it's like your taking away from their break time. The sanitation could be better too but I'm not here to split hairs. Solid gym.
DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL SIGNING UP BUT WHEN YOU CANCEL THEY WILL CONTINUE TO BILL YOU I CALLED THEY SAID TO EMAIL SO I EMAIL THEY CONTINUE TO BILL ME AND WHEN I CALLED THE PERSON WORKING TOLD ME SOMEONE WOULD BE IN IN THREE DAYS THAT HANDLES THE PROBLEMS AND HUNG UP ON ME I CALLED BACK AND THEY DIDNT ANSWER I HAD TO CALL MY BANK AND DISPUTE THE CHARGES ........THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY AND TAKING IT AFTER YOU ASK THEM NOT TO.

Great staff excellent equipment. Courteous patrons a professional's gym. Huge selection of weights smoothie bar is clean & well kept. Two floors parking is limited depending on the time of day you attend. There's something for everyone. I loved the battling ropes..

Never really that crowded. I have gone at just about every time of the day and the only rough times is like right after work, 5-7ish. But even that isn't terrible. Plenty of equipment and space to get a solid lift in. Ample cardio on the upper level helps keep things separated on the floor. Overall, a clean, well equipped gym!
Good place to work out. It gets crowded during normal rush hour but you can still get your work out. People are always willing to help. The staff is friendly and polite. This is not the biggest gym but it does offer everything you need

It's a great gym . The employees they are very friendly. The only concern is that the should open gym at 6am Saturday's, at 7 its to late for the people who want to workout before work.
