By far, the filthiest PF I e been to. Rust in lockers, dust bunnies in every corner, gooey handles on pretty much every machine, the list goes on. I'm not sure how these guys maintain the franchise name. It's straight up disgusting

This place is honestly really neglected. Many machines are broken and never seem to get fixed. There are often no paper towels to clean off the equipment which makes the place even more dirty and unkept. The staff could be more friendly and helpful. They all seem to not want to be here. You get what you pay for, I guess.

Please be careful with your personal items. Some people have being robbed their stuffs from the lockers. Apparently there is someone who is breaking the locks and stilling. There is no video camara recording to protect us from thieves. Just be careful

I like the staff. Equipments okkayyy. Also its dirty and old.. Staff are still awesome tho. Its why I go there.. But honestly hire full time cleaners... Not your front of house staff... #bebetter

The employees are probably some of the nicest Ive met so far. The state of the gym however makes me go to other locations sometimes. The ceiling has dripped on me on multiple occasions in different parts of the space.

Only been to a couple other PF, but I'm assuming the Wyckoff location is standard. The equipment is good and varied, but if something breaks down, good luck seeing it repaired. The staff are generally friendly but not especially helpful if you have an actual question or issue. I think they are trained to sign up member and do occasional cleaning. But if you ask them about an exercise, most wouldn't know what to say.

All those reviews scared the hell out of me. I was going to sign up with a bunch of my friends but NOT any more. Thanks for everyone's honest reviews. I will take my business elsewhere.

Decent gym. Wish there were more benches at this gym. Seems like I have to get lucky to get on one because when I go all of them are taken up and by the time I get to use it I'm burned out. Wish some of the workers were more welcoming. The only real issue I have is when people want to use 2 machines at one time. To get into an argument about it with the person is not worth my energy, but its quite ANNOYING. Some people don't care that other people want to use the same machine. Also I've seen people walk from a machine without even wiping it down. Unbelievable. Try to avoid peak hours!! I try to go on the weekends and late on the weekday but I've noticed a crowd sometimes so I try my best to work around it.

Wish there were healthier food options for when you come out hungry after a great workout. Best bet is the smoothie spot or the herbalife around the corner. Great equipment, clean bathrooms & shower area. I definitely recommend.

Worst experience I ever had with this place, I was helping my friend to sign up for the gym and gave Briana(the girl that was helping us to sign up) all the information. Apparently there's glitch on their computer but never let us know it's ok.. so we preceded with giving them our information for the 4th times. My friend have a screenshot of her credit card info and showed them but Briana wanted us to say out the numbers out loud, so we did for the 4th time and the manager(renne)saw that we were a little annoyed and the nerve to tell us with an attitude that we can show Briana the picture. I explained to her Briana wanted us to read them out loud and She didn't care what we have to say at all. And then the "manager" renne told us "you can leave if you want". Are you kidding me? Is this a free service that they are providing? This is ridiculous. The place is already nasty which I'll give a pass since it's cheap but the customer service during signing up? You gotta be kidding me!

Planet Fitness on Wycoff is great. Never had an issue, however use their chart to find non-peak times. Harder to get use of equipment when they are crowded.

Clean short wait times for machines. Shower floor don't feel like you are stepping on squids. Showers very clean. I love the place best places in n.y.c.

Been going here for almost 3 years great price and service. Lockers and showers are available. Place is clean and staff is very friendly.

Cramped gym with machines that malfunction from time to time. I know it's like $10/month, but I still feel like I'm being ripped off.

After my independent workout, I had a hydro massage and that's my first visit which in my mind is worth that little black card. Every one was focused on their own task which drowned any pressure I felt about being awkward!

Very clean and welcoming! Staff is very friendly and always willing to help with any questions. With a vast variety of equipment and space you're sure to get a great workout in every time.

Best option for the price. You are in NYC. If you want an amazing gym, be prepared to expend 10 times the value of this one in a membership.
If you are looking for a place to workout seriously and stay in shape spending 20,00/monthly, you can use this place. They have any machine necessary for exercise any muscle of your body.
I came from 92Y at upper east side where I used to spend 200,00 monthly and this place isn't too inferior that the fancy one I used to go. No way.
Be realistic!
