Friendly environment, and very high level instruction. The advanced classes are some of the best I've seen and i've trained all over the US. Great approach for beginners as it takes into account their lack of experience, beginners classes are geared around those who are new and curious.
I am thankful to this academy because they have given my child best knowledge of martial arts. I love the academy and respect all the coaches for their hard work and enthusiasm.
I visited here on vacation, everyone was warm and welcoming and we had a good class and the free sparring was competitive and had a solid level.
In the event I'm back in that neighborhood again, I'll definitely be stopping by.

Just starting not know anything really. The owner is very welcoming as well as the students. They went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of as a newbie. As of this post there is no contract and the prices are the most reasonable I have found. A really exceptional place.

Whether you're looking to be a competitive martial artist or just a place to blow off steam after work, this place fits the bill. It's only a couple of subway stops away from the city and located right next to the train station. Check it out.
