Been coming to Simply Fit for a year, therefore, I think it's fair to say that I love this place! The facility is clean and well organized, the front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. I had the chance to try different classes with different instructors, all of them are so talented and truly passionate.

Loved the workout, felt great afterwards. It was my first class after a log time so Boot Camp was the perfect class to take to get back into it.

Spin in Astoria People! No need to go to the city with these great classes at Simply Fit. I started spinning about a month ago and it has helped my endurance, strength and increased my overall energy level. I highly recommend taking classes with Helen . She is a GREAT instructor and gets you to push when you feel like you got nothing left. You will be addicted after taking one of her classes .

I've somehow become addicted to this place. I have only done the spin classes, but may venture out of my comfort zone and try the various others.

This is the kind of place that jumps right into the workout without much beginner's how-to... so make sure to ask questions! Every trainer is fantastic thus far.

Unwilling to work with you through an unexpected family crisis. Even if you had medical prove. It's a real shame. I was putting things back in order and was looking forward in introducing a friend to Simply Fit who lived nearby. I feel that they could have honored it and extended my membership with only having three classes left. It was either greed or lack of empathy for their clients.

Their classes are pretty fun, all the instructors are pretty great (my favorite was Michelle) and the studio is good overall but not as robust as other dedicated spin studios I've been to. The bikes are a little worn out and the place sometimes feels cramped, and something overall just feels a bit "meh" compared to other spin studios. Especially considering the classes here aren't exactly cheap. The classes aren't bad at all, just not the best value in my opinion.

Great glass. Instructor was very alert and motivated. I only wish they had wipes to clean off the machines after we finished. Kinda gross

I took Cristina's class here (booked on Classpass) on a Sunday morning and I was only half-impressed. Cristina definitely knew what she was doing, so this isn't a critique of her per se, but as someone who goes to spin classes quite often, I expect a more rigorous class out of a dedicated spin studio compared to say one at my gym. The class was tailored to people that were new to the activity (there's nothing wrong with that, but it just wasn't what I was looking for). Also, the bikes face the street and the studio is fully lit. I prefer a darker environment, maybe with some fun lights so that a) I'm not distracted by other people b) it helps keep me focused on my workout and c) it's just fun. The location is a bit far for me, even though I live in Astoria, and there isn't a lot of non-studio space for your stuff/changing rooms. This place has potential, but I likely won't be back for a while.

Zumba, PiYo, FIIT and many more classes. My personal favorite is Piloxing! Lisa is a great, energetic and professional teacher. Great music tracks, a lot of sport equipment to use, clean place and just good environment to work out.
Come by and get ur body ready for summer season!
