Love this place !!!
My kids went to one month trial and loved it. Coaches are great with kids , and the place is kept clean . From the moment you walk in you feel welcome . They make sure that kids are safe and well behaved . Practicing skills and discipline .

I've been a member at ILKB Astoria for a year now and I'm still loving it! They do a great job of making you feel comfortable and teaching you the punches and kicks at your first class. The instructors walk around during each bag round to see how everyone is doing. I'm the type of person who likes to make sure my form is correct, so I asked a lot of questions during my first few classes. I originally joined with a Groupon and have been hooked since my first class. If you're on the fence about trying the program, I highly recommend giving it a try. Their classes are super beginner friendly, but also continue to be an amazing workout a year later.

I sign up for ilovekickboxing , and on the first day I fell in love I singed up right away after class! It's intense, fun, and the motivation is so great!!!! I recommend!!

It is an amazing community, my son loves all the instructors. He has been going for 5 months and we definitely see the difference in discipline and strenght.
I can't say enough about this school. The instructors are so caring and really invested in seeing the children grow. My 4 year old has been attending for 3 months. In this short time, we can see that her confidence and social skills have improved. Not only that but she is really learning Taekwondo. She will be advancing to a yellow belt soon and we are so proud. We made a wonderful choice with Moon Sung Lee Martial Arts and recommended to all!!

The thing that makes this place stand out above the rest is the instructors. They are one of the most hardworking caring and dedicated people I know. They make you feel like family from the minute you walk in to the minute you walk out you are treated like family.
Although they are amazing , they are dedicated and they push you to be the best possible version of yourself you can be.They help you with form and cardio and even with your core.
By far one of the best decisions I've made in my life.
I used to go to their old location and decided to come back to switch things up from the gym/weightlifting routine. I forgot how much I love the kickboxing classes!! Nice gym, helpful and motivational trainers, great workout...I will definitely be coming back!!
AMAZING Martial Arts School!!! My son loves it! It has helped him with his self confidence and continues to help him become a bit more assertive. My son is really shy and he is really starting to come out of his shell. We absolutely love this school and highly recommended it. The the instructors and the staff are very friendly and supportive.
Our son loves it! Moon S. Lee Martial Arts were recommended to us by a friend. Their children are attending it for more than 4 years and they are very happy with it. I have seen all the classes our son attended and I have to say that I am impressed by high energy of every class. There is no slacking off! The instructors are wonderful and there are always at least 4 of them per class- every child gets one on one attention. There is a friendly and outgoing vibe in the school but the sessions are high energy and intense. The children are getting good exercise, team work, focus, good work ethic and respect are encouraged. My son has anxiety and I can see the difference in him since we started- he is much more comfortable and at ease. I like the fact that there are steps for growth and improvement that my son can easily understand. The place itself is very clean, easy to get to and the staff is friendly and helpful. A+++
