Loved Aya, my yoga instructor. Her professionalism is rare and I love how she pushes me to reach my best. Never saw so much improvement in myself as right now. Studio is clean and friendly. Very close to the city and convenient commute.

i really love the classes here and they were challenging even though I have been practicing yoga for many years. Aya makes the class so accessible to everyone and the studio is very welcoming to all. Can't wait to come back for my next class

Awesome yoga experience! Instructor Aya is very patient working with you, and she will motovate you to challenge yourself both physically, mentally, and spiritually. Love it!
