Dr. Moustakas is a wonderful chiropractor who takes his time with each patient. I always feel so much better after each visit. The OT, Tony, is also incredible. They have both also given me exercises and stretches that have definitely helped me to feel better quickly. Highly recommend!
Scheduled this appointment on Zoc Doc because its listed as being in network with my insurance. When I called just to doublecheck on the day of my appointment I was informed that this clinic is 100% private pay.
Just because a clinic accepts OON (out of network) benefits (Which only means they are willing to give you a receipt for you to do the leg work to get reimbursed) does not mean it is ok to list these available appointments as if you actually participate and accept insurance. Its misleading.
I can't speak to the services at this place I chose not to go there after this. I'm someone who is willing to pay out of pocket for this type of stuff but not when there is a lack of transparency. That includes their website that explicitly states "accepts most insurance". How is that the case if they are 100% private pay (which was the response I received from their FB account who answered me when I asked).
