I love the staff and therapists at Arista! I have visited for two major concern areas and have always been well taken care of, and provided at-home follow up routines for self care. Very clean facility, quiet, and efficient.

Excellent physical therapy center. Dr. Jane understood my calf and rotator cuff injuries and solved them in a short amount of time. For anyone who plays tennis, ask for Jane! As for strengthening exercises, Julie did an excellent job demonstrating and teaching. Thanks to both of you -).

I was in visiting from out of town when I had some severe back issues that needed immediate attention. I called and tried several chiros in the area with hi marks on yelp and Google. None of them would see me. The team at Arista was amazing! They saw me within an hour and gave me the best chiropractic experience I've ever had. They were patient and thorough while explaining everything regarding the treatment in great detail. I went several times during the week I was there and wish I was closer so I could go back.

The staff at Arista physical therapy Astoria are amazing! So professional and friendly the work I have been doing with the very knowledgeable physical therapists, accupuncturist has and Dr. Charles Bui has really helped me recover after a car accident I was involved in June. Dr. Bui takes his time to explain every maneuver hes going to do. He really has a magic touch. I am a registered nurse and I would highly recommend arista and the comprehensive services they offer. The staff at Arista physical therapy Astoria are amazing! So professional and friendly the work I have been doing with the very knowledgeable physical therapists, accupuncturist has and Dr. Charles Bui has really helped me recover after a car accident I was involved in June. Scam alert! I was seen by someone who, it was evident, had no clue what he was doing. He attempted to adjust my back to no success. Started hurting when i decided to decline services and left .Then, they charged my insurance 930 dollars. For what? Stat away .Horrible service. Horrible experience and dishonest. They're not even billing as Arista but as hermes.

Staff at Arista Physical Therapy, from the Front Desk to the Therapists to the Trainers, are absolutely fantastic. From the time one arrives until the time one leaves you always feel welcomed no matter what time of the day. The quality of service, professional care, treatment and attention I have received from Pina, George, Marko and Ed during my therapy sessions have been excellent! They have my highest recommendation!

I've been coming to Arista for years now and unfortunately had gotten injured and needed physical therapy. George...Marko...Pina...and Ed ease the recovery process and always make sure I am comfortable...but worke my knee off...they are GREAT! Stephanie too!

I really love this place. I have a great laugh with the people who work here. I hurt my shoulder and the phys therapy has it right back in shape. Came here again for my ankle and I am loving it.

This place was amazing and in the last month has gone in the totally opposite direction
Half the people in the staff photo are no longer there.
The new desk staff are unwelcoming, unaccomodating and sometimes rude and disrespectful

I went to Arista Physical Therapy for a herniated disc. I picked Arista for the convenience, because it was a few blocks from my Apt. To my luck it was also clean and professional. Everyone that I came in contact with was pleasant and professional. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing physical therapy. They work with you and your insurance to make sure you get what you need and not overcharge you. Great place and people.

I've been working with Pina, Dr. Bui, and George as I recover from Bell's Palsy affecting the left side of my face. Not only are they extremely friendly and professional, but they take the time to make sure you're getting the attention you deserve. At no point do I feel rushed. I definitely recommend Arista Physical Therapy in Astoria if you're looking for a wellness center in this area.

Wonderful staff, excellent service! I've been at several PT facilities in Astoria, Queens, and Arista is absolutely the BEST! Knowledgable therapists who challenge you just right. I've had hip and leg pain for several months (after a hip bursitis) and even after a few visits I'm starting to feel better. Another great plus for this facility is that they work on time! When you have an appointment, you are guaranteed to be seen at that time. As good as it can get! Go Arista!
