I have been taking private classes with Varvara and her teaching team for over three years, and I can honestly say that the overall improvement in my balance, posture, joint, muscle strength and flexibility has been remarkable since I began with Perfect Posture Pilates. Varvara creates a customized plan of Pilates, Gyrokinesis, and othe techniques for each session to help minimize my knee joint arthritis, upper and lower back tightness, and to improve my strength and balance.
