This is the smallest, most cramped planet fitness I've ever been to. 3rd floor of a shopping plaza. Their equipment is NOT new/updated, so there are no ropes, monkey bars, open stretching area, the equipment for jumping and creating unique circuits. But this is New York city. Your black card won't work from other cities so in was to read out my card number which was annoying

Been going here a lot recently and the staff has always been kind. The machines are clean and the people working out is nice too

Very hit or miss. Sometimes the staff is friendly and sometimes they are so self-involved you can barely check in. The main floor is generally clean and most of the customers have good gym etiquette. The men's locker room is always dirty and the bathroom is a health hazard. Usually no hot water in the showers and low water pressure so it's not really worth wasting time trying to use them. I go to different branches and this one is definitely the dirtiest. One nice thing about the location is that it is in a mall so you can swing by Old Navy, Target, Aldi, etc. after working out.

When can we get a foam roller in this location?? Evey single other PF I've been to has one.

This place is spacious! Staff is friendly. Place is always clean. (And there's always somebody cleaning/vacuuming)

Only thing I would suggest is a foam roller. All the other Planet Fitness I've been to have always had a few and this one needs one. Thanks

The staff are nice, clean location, and good equipments! They also have massaging chairs in the back.

Emily has a really bad attitude. She was of no help and hung up when she felt that she was basically done. She gives false information, claiming the manager said one thing but when asked to speak directly to a manager stated the managers only work 10-2. Hire better people with better customer service please.

Keep your belongs well protected. I've been going to this gym for nearly 3 years now around the 1st year the cash was stolen out of my wallet. I had purchased one of those small combination locks from the provided vending machine because I left my more heavy duty lock at home and it was broken into. Following that incident I only lock my items up in the outside lockers near the counter area. That aside it's been a great gym. The machines are always in working order. Clean. Spacious. The amenities for Black Card members are excellent.

Convenient location. Good machines. The staff is generally very helpful. Only problem lately has been the empty paper dispensers on the floor. Staff takes a long time to replace.

Excellent staff and workout equipment but they started taking money out of my account without my approval and knowledge. Staff imformed me they took the money but didn't have a email address so they couldn't let me know. How did they have all my info but no way to contact me. I was pissed after being a member for years.

Comfortable, relatively clean and peaceful. No one bothers you but it can be a little difficult to get help sometimes as there may only be one person on staff at a time.

I have no issues with the staff, equipment or cleanliness of the gym.. I am just really tired of the members in the gym DROPPING F BOMBS AND THE N WORD. There was a young woman near me on the treadmill listening to Gangster Rap music yesterday with her ear buds and singing out loud. She sounded like ahe was straight out of Rikers Island Prison. This is a regular occurrence. I travel a lot for work and have visited many Planet Fitness locations all over the country and have not had this extremely annoying and obnoxious problem. It is a real buzzkill. The lack of manners respect and civility is completely unacceptable. The owner has to install signs stating NO PROFANITY IN THE GYM!!!!

Staffs not too kind but the place is clean with plenty of equipment for off peak times. Convenient location, black card spa has only 1 bed, 2 chairs.

This gym is filthy.

I asked to see a manager about a front desk issue with their staff. There was none. No one in charge. Can't give out managers number.

Corporate should take their franchise away as I have never been to a planet fitness that was so unwelcoming and judgemental.

Oh and if your a woman, get ready to be hit on.

I love the location and staff. I also love the atmosphere here "Judgement free zone" is the motto. Great deals. I recommend it to anyone looking to getting into working out regularly. There's a 30 minute workout zone for people to get in and out.

There is never a manager when you need to speak to one is always come the next day and the next day is the day after !!! The only way is decent is because is a new facility if not I can image

This is a great location to get some cardio in. Not too much weights... so if you're lifting make sure to get in at a time its empty.

I can count on one hand the number of times I've walked into the bathroom in this gym and seen the toilet paper dispensers not be empty. Weights are constantly strewn all across the gym and there are no where near enough Smith machines for such a big gym. This is more of a cardio hangout with a couple of weights and some strength machines off to the side. They don't even have a squat rack for crying out loud! Definitely will not be renewing my membership.

SIDDUR PETER: The Gym is great, the Staff is even better. Just getting there isnt pleasant, example the WTC (2001) was difficult to commute IN/ABOUT_W!omen T!errible C!ommuting according to NYPD Aviation and Haredi Businesses that were forced to abandon ship. Today, NYC is repeating that same behavior, culture and dynamics in the commute as in 2001, Women find it difficult to walk in public or around Famous' WHY ?? Every month the periodical "Glitch" of being a female rearranges "REALITY" for them in the mind for 6 days straight, allowing them to be labeled by the Intelligent (LEADERS) as Unfit/Unreliable, NOT dependable under pressure. You see it in Religion, the Pope a Man, the US President a Man, the Chief of Police a Man, 90% of Supers in America Men, most Plumbers Men, FDNY Men, FBI Men, DICRIW Men, Pink Floyd Men. WTF??
Its harder to ignore it, that Females in NYC suffer from a force that doesnt allow them to secure all keys in place mentally or physically, for lack of a laywomens term. Foreign Women even fear Females from NYC, making the VISA more and more and more Shegetz/Fake in nature, setting us back as a Nation, a Family and as a Team._

Best planet fitness I've been to yet. Staff is cool, place smells great and they maintain it well. Large enough, I really have no complaints. Five stars.

Body enhancement machine always available along with the massage chairs, bed and the tanning rooms.

Bathrooms are always super duper clean.

Staff if Hella cool!
