A great gym ... all the equipment you could need for an effective boxing work out. Coach Nelson does an excellent job of keeping you working throughout ensuring maximum participation and team spirit. Well worth a visit if you're looking to learn to box, shed some weight or just want a hard cardio workout.

I Love This KickBoxing Program, my son has enjoyed it so far and it really has helped him improve how to go against opponents, so far I like it and recommend your kids to try it out, it will make a surprising positive effect

It was both my son and daughters first day and boy did they love it. They came home wanting to practice so they can go back and show that they been working on their moves
The classes are intense but that's what boxing is. Boxing primes you to be in your best shape to fight and that is exactly what this place does. It not only teaches you how to box but also builds you to get fit like a boxer.
Coach Nelson is the best! He got me back into shape after having a baby and I love his "pro style" approach to boxing workouts. I'd highly recommend him. Too easy!!!
I have been here for almost a year and love it. Everyone is so welcoming. The gym atmosphere is homey. You learn real boxing, technique, and skill. They can't get rid of me!

Best boxing gym in the city. Open gym memberships and comparatively cheap prices make this gym the best I've been to.
Great price, but not a place to learn boxing. I was surprised how people were hitting sandbags without knowing how to hit it right.
