Lovely little studio in the neighbourhood. I wish the space was a bit bigger, but the atmosphere and quality instruction will keep me coming back.
The people are nice enough, and they have a pretty good schedule... but it's in a storefront, and it feels that way. It's often too cramped to do the form properly, and the air is stale. The loaner mats smell mildewy. I'm also not a fan of some of their teachers, who seem inexperienced or just have a teaching style I find grating.
If you enjoy yoga and find yourself in the area, do yourself a favor and attend at least one class. The staff is knowledge.
Bring your own mat or you can also rent them there.

This studio is so special ! The curtains, and other careful decorative decisions make it feel intimate, secluded, blissful and social-justice aware. The teachers are especially good, offering gentle guidance and a robust practice.

I live right around the corner from this studio and feel very fortunate it opened just about a year ago. I started practicing yoga when it first opened and have found it to be integral to my wellness regimen. The teachers are all quite experienced and lovely and the studio is clean and well designed. It feels like a second home to me!

I've taken two classes here now, with Pam and Sean and they were both incredible instructors! I'm somewhat of a beginner to yoga and they were both super helpful and kind and made me feel very relaxed. They space is so cute and minimalist, filled with plants and very easy to get comfortable in.
