Look I don't like giving out single stars, but I had to. Look, great customer service is very important for me, so slip up then I will begin editing a great review.
Look, do not get me wrong I love the gym equipment, because is up to date. Also, is my back up the gym when I decide not to visit my main gym.
So why the 1-star rating? Like I mentioned customer service is my reason. I booked my 1-n-1 session for a certain morning, but I couldn't remember my reservation date. Anyway, the policy is that the instructor must call the client for a reminder? Did I get any call? You guess it, Nope! I thought I've booked it on the following day, I wanted to reschedule. I was informed it was for that day. NOW if I got the bloody reminder, I would have rescheduled off that call. So I was informed the trainer will need to take my ticket. Hmmm, ok! Lesson learned.
1- do not trust the company about reminders, because it seems that they look for paid clients to miss their appointments to snatch your money.
2- you would think the instructor would call to square away the issue, but no calls have happened that day. So I will go by my theory, trainers are looking for you to forget your appointments to take your money.
3- I will never trust a trainer from blink, I will deal with my main gym trainers for assistance.
FYI: Please do not call or reach to me about this issue, because my review is concrete and will not be removed.
