This gym is one of a kind - Miguel (the owner) makes everyone who walks through his doors feel like family and there's a great community feel to this place. It's always clean, the classes are awesome, and they have all the equipment you need. I'm so happy to have found this place!

Amazing neighborhood gym with clean facilities and all the equipment one would need (including workout classes). The staff is great and the gym has a great positive vibe that keeps you motivated throughout your workout. Definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for a gym in this area.

One of the last remaining real gyms. No foo foo corporate nonsense. Friendly staff that is personable and takes the time to get to know you. I refuse to go anywhere else.
I was a member for a year and I really enjoyed this gym. It is nice and the people are friendly. They recently did even more renovations so they really are taking care of the gym and pride themselves on their non-corporate gym setting, which is extremely refreshing. I am moving so I won't be going to this gym anymore, but I enjoyed my experience to say the least.

Signing up for Absolute Power has been the best decision I made in terms of my fitness routine. The gym itself is super clean and well-stocked with weights, machines, and room. The layout is also extremely inclusive and I never felt intimidated or judged when trying out new weights or machines.
The staff and management is super sweet and accommodating. They are always asking members for ways they can improve or make the space more personable. 10/10 would recommend

Been going just under a year and finally rating it with five stars. The management genuinely is invested in their members. Please keep up the incredible standard with your staff.
There were a couple of holes in the walls a few months back but the management immediately got involved and refurbished the place, even bringing in new machines. The equipment gets the job done and the price is hard to beat.
This place deserves its high rating and I hope it maintains the friendly gymgoers as it continues to grow.
This gym is amazing! They've made a lot of recent improvements, adding a turf section that's great for stretching and abs. The rest of the gym has everything you need in terms of equipment. Miguel is really flexible and cares about his members. I'm unfortunately moving out of Williamsburg, but I can't recommend this place any higher!

This gym has everything you need for a solid workout in a straightforward and unpretentious environment. There's tons of equipment and I've never had to wait for a machine, and the place is always clean. Very reasonable monthly/annual fee, and a great location for the East Williamsburg community. Absolute Power is my gym of choice!
A great no frills neighborhood gym that has the price and personability that other big gyms lack. The best part is the people, everyone from the staff to the patrons are really kind and down to earth. Equipment and machines galore, this place can't be beat.

Love this place. Legit gym for legit lifters. Never packed, always ready for your true workout. 3 real squat racks, 2smith machines, multiple leg presses, body building equipment and dumbells that go to 175lbs

A neighborhood gem. Tight space but has every machine you could need, plus squat racks, cables, benches, and free weights. It gets busy around 6 or 7, but even then it's possible to get a good sweat in. Most of my days involve strength training, and I'm always happy to see other women in the weight room. It's an old school place with a really good vibe- and it's an affordable local business!
