Convenient location. Most equipment is in good working order. Clientele can't seem to put the free weights back after use. Locker rooms are dirty with many broken lockers.

It's great for the value and the staff has been pretty chill.
Losing a star because they really need to start enforcing basic gym etiquette, like re-racking weights, wiping down machines, and not hoarding all the equipment like it's your personal gym. Most clientele are great, but a few duds need to get booted by the staff.

The equipment can be hit or miss, with a handful of the treadmills often out of order, however the staff is terrific. Gerard in particular is extremely hardworking, always goes out of his way to be courteous and consistently provides excellent customer service. He truly embodies the Planet Fitness principles of a friendly, non-intimidating gym experience.

I come here every day. There is no criticism in this gym. Friendly members and great equipment. I love this place to exercise plenty of machines and helpful staff and professional. The gym location is fantastic.

Place is great very close and convenent. Never faced an issue, only when machines were out of order. However seems likes theirs new equipment so no worries. Chill staff.

What a difference a renovation makes: New (and more) machines! Improved interiors. New free-weights and barbells. New Black Card Spa. Glad that I came back to this location. Been a member 5 years. Keep it up, PF!

I signed up at this gym and moved from New York to Chicago and they said originally I would be able to transfer memberships but now that I am in Chicago I can't and the only way to cancel is to either go in in person or send a letter, they don not allow you to cancel over the phone. I am now stuck paying an extra month at this location plus if I want to go to the one in Chicago I have to pay to sign up and an overlapping month of membership. over $10 you have lost a customer because of how poor the customer service is.

I have been to several Planet Fitness locations both in the city and around the country. This one is fine and clean and the people are nice, but the massage chairs aren't great and there is no hydromassage. There's also not a stretching bar.
HOWEVER, shoutout to Blue at the front desk, who is awesome and super helpful and knew which massage chair was sort of better than the others.

Its good size machines are for the most part available. Locker room decent size showers can be a little more clean. 4 tanning booth and 2 body enhancement machines and none seems to work. Manager no where to be found.

okay, a good value for the cheapness of dues....its 24/7 but those hours have worn down many machines. locker room is too small for the volume of people, the showers are poorly placed .
24/7 gyms must have additional motivated maintenance and custodial staff.
no class, friendly but uninterested staff. pf needs a luxury brand of gyms ... the have half the country as dues member business model will not last

I go there and they really need to bolt down the bench press smith machine. as they always not level and you can really hurt your shoulders if you dont take the time to make sure they level. I'm back again. this place need more weight as it seem like they either disappearing or just planet fitness corporate doesnt have enough funds to provide this place with weight on every smith bench machine has a total of 2 plate of 45lbs , 2 plate of 25 lbs and a few 10 to 5 lbs and thats the total of weight your find there as of dumbbell some dont have pairs.

Everyone focuses on their workout. The staff is helpful, I noticed a small class while I was working out. Only problem is at times a few of the machines are out of order and that causes a longer wait time for other machines

Have been billing me over 100 dollars randomly. I even reported it and got a new credit card and they're still managing to bill me. I live an hour away from this location and no one is willing to help me over the phone not even the manager!

Great place to work out at night time. 24 hours a day. Street but meter parking. But at night time every parking spot is available. Looks pretty clean got clean restrooms

Clean and friendly environment. Half a mile walking distance from my apartment gives me a little warm up before I get there too. A recommended spot for both beginners and. veterans.

The tv's dont always work at the machines. There's usually 2 bikes that are out of order. Bathrooms are very clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating

Great prices, use the gym regularly. Thanks for coffee, bagels, pizzas once a month. Just wish something a little healthier.

Always CROWDED... people on their cell phones next to you whilst on the treadmill! ANNOYING!!!... BUT i have to say, the staff is very helpful & friendly. I just can't deal with CROWDS. I started going to a different PF location.. had to pay 20 instead of 10, it's further... but worth it... spacious, and not CROWDED!

I don't know what you think about it but it's nice that I can make it through the day so you know what it means so much but it's nice that you're going too!
