Very convenient location. Good set of equipment but could use a little more. The gym is suppose to open at 5am but the staff is hit and miss when it comes to their work hrs. I don't wake up at 4am just to go there for it to be closed at least once a week because they can't get to work on time. I pay my monthly dues (which has been increased) and I still can't get to workout when I want. Every time is a gamble because you don't know if they will be open on time or not. This is ridiculous and has to be fixed. It's been going on far too long!!
This gym is huge with tons machines, treadmills, barbells, racks, dumbbells, and also has a training area and classes. Clean locker rooms and friendly staff! They even have a rig set up with multiple punching bags. The best part is the good pricing.
Decent budget gym. Good value. Relatively small, but not overly crowded. Staff is mostly nice, however, the mid-age hispanic lady working the front desk needs to take a class or two on customer service. She's quite rude and needs to learn to treat customers with respect.
Broken mirrors with caution sign tape, overflowing sinks and dumbbells strewn everywhere. Very dirty and dangerous. I'm honestly surprised that no one has sued them for having a broken mirror with glass shards in the corner

I like coming here but when I wake up at 4:30 am to get to the gym, I need it to be open at 5 am as it says. I only have an hour to workout before work and now I only have >30 minutes because someone is not doing their job. This has happened a couple times before. Totally frustrated now.
I think this is probably one of best Crunch - Bushwick in the country. It's big, has more machines I could ever use and there's generally a great energy. It does get really crowded but sometimes that's a good thing because it helps me stay motivated. It's never boring and there are multiple classes going on at any given time.

I love this gym. Everyone is really friendly. I love Karen she is very helpful. I opened my account with her and since than she help me a lot. I will highly recommend to go to her if you have any question.

Karen worked with me to make sure my transfer of membership from the DTLA, which was a mess went smoothly and without issues. I have been a gym member my entire life and have never experienced such stellar service! Thanks Karen G, you are a gem!

I've been going to Crunch - Bushwick for many years. I just renewed again. The facility has only gotten better and better. Karen G. has been my go-to girl any time I have questions, need to renew or want to bring guests. The new remodel is stunning and the equipment is top notch. I couldn't ask for a better gym!

I've been coming to this gym for... Well let's just say a long time!!! It's the best place in town.
Jack and his team went above and beyond my expectations of customer service by dealing with a membership issue that any other membership team could've made into a nightmare. Thank you guys so much for putting your member's peace of mind first and foremost.

I have modified my initial review from a 1 star to a 5 star review. The management must have taken notice that the staff was behaving rudely and got rid of the bad apples. This place is great. It is clean , fairly inexpensive and the clientele is pleasant.. The equipment is new and in working order.

gym is fine. hidden 90 day annual fee. 10 a month but the annual fee is 50. of course, they make it ridiculously difficult to cancel - no matter what they say when you're signing up.

Rude. Rude. Rude. When you first join they give a free personal training session. I decided to try it for fun but wasn't fun or free or judgement free, as they claim. To start my "trainer" was late. Then what was supposed to be a 45min session was a 20min session. We only did one exercise and she spent the other 15min trying to get me to pay $1000 for 10 more session with her. When I said no she automatically left. From then on the employees were rude and nasty every time I came in. I even caught one employee pointing and laughing at me while I was doing push-ups. Never going back there again. I cancelled my membership after a month but they made me pay for another month anyway because it takes 10 days for the cancelation to go through (bleeding into the next month). Judgement free zone? Ha. One of the most judgmental gyms I've ever been to. Waste of money.
If you want horrible service by lazy people don't miss out by joining this location. Machines and weights are good. But the staff need to be trained better
